ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the packaging and place the air cooler on a flat surface.
  2. Take out screws and caster locks to install. Place the air cooler upside down on a flatsurface with soft cloth during assembly to prevent scratches on the unit.
  3. Pour clean water into the water tank. Observe the water level through the printed markingsand note the following:
    a. Make sure the water is filled to the minimum indicated level.
    b. Do not fill water above the maximum indicated level.
  4. Add ice pads to the water for extra cooling.This ice pad can absorb the hot air inside, which can lower the temperature of the water tank and can make the air flow cooler
    a. Please put the ice pad into the freezer, until the ice box freezes
    b. Place the frozen ice pad into the water tank
  5. Water filling
    a. Pull out the power plug before filling water.
    b. Observe the "water level reading" of the water box during water filling.
    c. Please note that the water level shall not exceed "MAX" (maximum)scale as indicatedduring water filling. The water level shall not be less than "MiN" (minimum) scale as indicated during humidifying
    d. In order to achieve accelerated effect of reduced temperature, the water tank can be filled with ice water.

  1. ON/OFF: Plug in the power cord and the unit is in standby mode. At the same time reminder buzzer will sound “Bi”, and then press the ON or OFF button.
  2. SPEED: Press the SPEED button to start the air conditioning. The corresponding function changes as following:

L: low

M: medium

H: high

  1. TIMER: Press this button to turn on the TIMER function. Timer setting is up to 12 hours.
  2. SWING: Press SWING button to turn on the horizontal wind and the SWING indicator light will light up. Press the button to turn off the function. Note: You can use the SWING function manually to select the wind.
  3. COOL
    a) Press the button after the water is added and the fan will blow out cooling air. The COOL indicator light will be on;
    b) If it is not cold enough, you can add additional ice pad into the water tank directly. Make sure not to exceed capacity, otherwise the unit will be damaged or electric shock may occur;
    c) If you want to use an ice pad instead, place it directly into the water tank. This will arise good cooling efficiency at lease 2 hours after you put it in the refrigerator or freezer.
  4. HUMIDIFY: The SPPED setting is under lock after HUMIDIFY function activation.

 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warm tips: after a long-time usage, the machine shall be regularly cleaned subject to actual situation for the air intake volume and dust removal effect to be decreased by the blocking of dirt such as dust gathered on the wet curtain paper.

  1. Cleaning the wet curtain paper
    Pull out the power plug, use neutral detergent and soft brush to clean the wet curtain paper, and rinse with clean water (the wet curtain paper shall not be removed, but cleaned on themachine body). Note: the wet curtain paper shall be installed flat and smooth to avoid water leakage.
  2. Cleaning the water box
    The fixed water box cannot be pulled out to clean. When cleaned, rinse several times withclean tap water. After that, drain out the water through the exhaust pipe and clean tap water shall be guaranteed for use.
  3. Cleaning the housing
    Clean with neutral detergent and a soft cloth.
  4. Warning: due to the existence of high voltage inside, when cleaned, the power plug must bepulled out and operation be carried out without live voltage. Any part of the control panel shall not be soaked in water.

 

CAUTION

  1. This product shall be used under the rated voltage.
  2. Non-professional repair personnel are not allowed to do any repair modification on themachine without authorization.
  3. It is forbidden to operate with wet hands as to avoid injury due to electric shock.
  4. If the power cord is broken, as to avoid danger, the replacement shall be carried out by thepersonnel designated by the manufacturer or from its repair division and the like.
  5. If out of use for a long period, or if necessary to clean and move the machine, the powerplug shall be pulled out.
  6. In order to avoid accident or damage to the machine, do not insert any foreign object intothe inlet and outlet.
  7. This machine is not intended for outdoor use; it is forbidden to use in the environment withflammable and explosive gas, and avoid direct sunlight on the machine.
  8. Do not lay the machine on inclined or not flat floors.
  9. At any time, the water level for the box shall not exceed “MAX” (maximum) scale as The total water level shall not be lower than “MIN" (minimum) scale as indicated during cold air/humidifying.
  10. If the water box is filled with water, the machine shall not be inclined or collided when laidor moved. If necessary to move, slowly push the body from the side as to avoid water 
  11. It is forbidden to overturnthe machine as to avoid any accident. If the machine falls over due to carelessness, and it is loaded with water, immediately pull out the power plug and send it to the repair division or after-sales office for repair.
  12. Do not lay any object on the machine to cover the air inlet and outlet.
  13. The machine outside shall be cleaned by rubbing with a wet cloth (or with a small amountof detergent). It is not allowed to use corrosive detergent or similar solvent to clean. Do not rinse the machine.
  14. Do not make the air inlet and outlet of this machine near wall or curtains to avoid anydanger or damage to the machine.
  15. During use, the machine shall not be knocked or shocked fiercely, otherwise it may causeautomatic shutdown. (Only for remote-control type)
  16. During summer, the water in the box may go bad and produce strange smell. The watershall be changed regularly.
  17. The product maintenance shall be carried out at the point designated by the company.
  18. It is normal for the presence of a little odor for the machine during the initial two usages. The odor is given away by the new wet curtain paper in first contact with water.
