• Preparation before use

1. Please clean the mixing rod before use;
2. Put the ingredients to be stirred into the utensil;
3. Before inserting the accessories, please ensure that the product is not in a working state and the indicator light is not on;
4. Insert the mixing rod into the jack of the machine head until the sound of "click" is in the installation position.

• Egg white stick

1. It is only suitable for mixing thin liquid ingredients, such as egg white (8 eggs at most at one time). If the effect of beating egg white is not good, it can be set to a higher gear until the ideal condition is reached.
2. Mixing thick mixtures (such as fat and flour) will cause damage to the mixing stick and do not allow mixing thick mixtures;
3. Product working time 1 minute, pause 30 seconds, intermittent work not more than 5 minutes

• Cream stick

1. Cream no more than 200g of butter, stirring time no more than 5 minutes; In the process of use, if the low resistance is large or the rotation is not smooth, you can set a higher gear until the ideal state is reached.

• Operation

1. Double-click the "switch button" and the product starts to work (in low gear).
2. Click "Switch" again to enter the medium speed gear, click "Switch" again to enter the fast gear, and click "Switch" for the third time to stop the work.
3. Cycle operation according to the above process 1 and 2.
4. After stirring, click the switch button to turn off the state (the working light is off); Then pull out the mixing rod and clean the mixing rod.
   

Ⅳ. Cleaning and maintenance

1. The product can be washed directly with water, or wiped with a soft wet cloth.
2. Cleaning products in the water to put the appropriate amount of detergent, cleaning with a clean pad, with a warm water effect is better.
3. The blade is very sharp and cannot be touched by hand. In order to avoid injury, the water should be very clear when cleaning, so that you can see the blade in the cleaning process.
4. Cleaning can not be cleaned with abrasive or corrosive detergent.
5. It is strictly prohibited to sterilize all parts of the product at high temperatures.
6. After cleaning the product, please dry or air each part of the product, and then reassemble it and put it away.
7. If the product is not used for a long time, please charge and maintain the product within three months.

1. This product is for wireless use. Please charge it before using it for the first time.
2. The machine will work intermittently for 5 minutes. Let the machine cool down for 15-20 minutes before the next use. Otherwise, the service life of the machine will be shortened due to overheating.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use metal brushes, nylon brushes, detergent powder, diluent, and other supplies to clean the machine.
4. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble, extrude, puncture, short-circuit or put the host in water, fire, or in an environment with a temperature higher than 60℃.
5. Please use this product in an environment where the temperature is 0-40℃. If you do not use it for a long time, please charge it once every three months to prevent battery damage. Please charge it in time.
6. Please turn off the machine before installing and inserting the mixing rod; Please turn off the machine before cleaning.
7. Please use the accessories that come with the machine. Otherwise, an unnecessary injury may be caused.
8. Before using the machine, ensure that all components are properly installed and securely locked.
9. Do not wash or disinfect the product and accessories in the dishwasher, microwave oven, disinfection cabinet, or hot water over 60 ° C. Do not use other equipment to heat the product to avoid deformation and damage.
