Downgrade to the tier corresponding to the actual payment amount within the past 365 days if no consumption occurs for 365 consecutive days or the spending fails to meet retention standards. The minimum tier is Standard Member. |

*Successful transaction amounts for membership tiers are calculated based on the actual payment for main products.
Except for Free-tier Members, all other tiers are valid for 365 natural days from the upgrade date (e.g., if you upgrade from Gold to Platinum on August 8, 2023, Platinum status expires on August 7, 2024). If cumulative spending or transactions within 365 days meet the criteria of a higher tier, the membership tier will be updated accordingly. Tier changes may involve cross-tier upgrades/downgrades. Benefits apply to new tiers upon upgrade, while historical purchases retain benefits based on the tier at the time of purchase.
Example:
A Gold tier validity is from May 12, 2024, to May 11, 2025:
A.If no successful transactions occur during the Gold tier period, the tier will be downgraded to Standard Member on May 12, 2025.
B.If cumulative spending reaches ฿1,000 THB (but below ฿5,000 THB), the tier will be downgraded to Silver on May 12, 2025, validity from May 12, 2025, to May 11, 2026.
C.If cumulative spending reaches ฿5,000 THB (but below ฿10,000 THB), the Gold tier validity will be extended to May 11, 2026.
