Ⅲ. OPERATION
- Before turning on the machine, ensure that the power cord is properly connected and functioning well.
- Press the power button to turn on the machine. The display and indicator light will illuminate, showing the function icons, ambient humidity, and current temperature.
- Press the power button again to turn off the machine. The display will turn off, indicating that the dehumidifier is now powered off.
- Drainage instruction:
First, turn off the power supply and remove the transparent water tank. Open the lid to drain the water or pour it out from the corner of the tank cover.
Note:
1) Do not remove the float from the water tank; otherwise, the water level sensor may not function properly, leading to water overflow and machine malfunction.
2) Ensure that the water tank is properly inserted into the machine. If not placed correctly, the water level sensor will fail to operate.
3) Before moving or relocating the machine, drain the water from the tank to prevent spills and leakage, which could cause serious damage.
Ⅳ. MAINTENANCE
- Cleaning the Machine
- Wipe the surface with a soft cloth. For the control panel, use a dry cloth and do not rinse it with water.
- For heavily soiled areas, use a soft cloth with a small amount of neutral detergent.
- Cleaning the Water Tank
- Clean the inside of the water tank using a soft cloth.
- Do not remove the float, as it may damage the product.
- If Not in Use for a Long Time
- Unplug the device, drain and dry the water tank.
- Neatly coil the power cord and store the machine in an upright position in a cool, dry place.
Ⅴ. CAUTION
- Do not plug in or unplug the device with wet hands.
- Do not turn off the product by pulling the plug from the socket.
- Do not connect the device to a socket that exceeds the rated voltage or overload the socket.
- Do not insert foreign or hard objects into the machine to avoid malfunction.
- Do not block the air inlet or outlet in any way.
- Do not move or store the machine tilted or upside down.
- Do not drink the water obtained from dehumidification, or use it for animals or plants.
- Do not open the machine’s housing during operation.
- Do not use the dehumidifier in the following environments: near heat sources, areas with flammable gases, dusty places, areas exposed to sunlight, or sloped areas.
- Please drain the water in the water tank before moving the machine; otherwise, water may seep into the machine and cause damage.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a service center, or other qualified professionals to avoid danger.
- Recommended operating environment: humidity above 40%, temperature above 5°C.
- During use, keep doors and windows closed to prevent damp air from entering the room, which could affect dehumidification.
- Ensure there are no obstructions within a 50cm radius around the dehumidifier during operation.
