Ⅲ. Instructions

  • Before first use
  1. All parts of the blender are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used .
  2. Take out the required length of cable on the base of the blender and connect the device to the mains supply.
  • Inserting the jar
  1. Make sure that the blender is switched off (Switch in the ‘0’ setting).
  2. Place the assembed body on to the motor base (8) and press down until securely engaged.
  • How to use
  1. Place the foodstuff you wish to process into the jar.
  2. Put the lid on the jar and close securely. Place the measuring cap into the hole in the lid and turn clockwise to lock.
  3. Switch on the motor base:

  • The switch does not permanently engage in the ‘PULSE’ setting. You have to hold the switch in the ‘PULSE’ setting
  • After using the blender, always move the switch into the ‘0’ setting and pull out the mains plug.
  • To remove the glass jar, simply lift it off the motor base. You do not have to rotate the glass jar to remove it.
  • Useful tips:
  1. If you are processing solid ingredients, cut them into small pieces (2-3cm) first.
  2. When mixing solid ingredients, start first with liquid ones. Gradually add more and more liquid through the opening in the lid.
  3. Always place your hand on top of the blender when you are operating the device.
  4. For stirring solid or very thick liquid ingredients, we recommend you to use the blender in the 'P' setting to prevent the blades from becoming stuck.

Ⅳ. Cleaning

  1. Empty the glass jar and fill it with water.
  2. Place the glass jar on the motor base and turn the switch several times into the ‘P’ setting.
  3. Empty the glass jar and rinse until clean.

Ⅴ. Cautions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

1.Read all instructions before operating.

2.Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

3.To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance itself in water or other liquids.

4.No use by children intended and not allowed at all.

5.Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

6.The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.

7.Do not use outdoors.

8.Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.

9.Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.

10.Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into wall outlet. To disconnect, turn Rotary switch to 1 position, then remove plug from wall outlet.

11.Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the appliance as they may cause a fire or risk of electrical shock.

12.A fire may occur if the appliance is covered or touching flammable material including curtains, draperies, walls and the like when in operation.

13.Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, involving a risk of electrical shock.

14.Extreme caution should be exercised always using itself containers constructed of glass material.

15.Do not store any materials other than manufacturers recommended accessories in this unit when not in use.

16.Do not place any of the following materials inside the unit: Paper, cardboard, plastic and the like.

17.Do not operate the appliance exceed 1 minutes. After that the appliance need to cool down for not overheating.

18.If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

19.Care is needed when handling cutting blades, especially when removing the blade from the bowl, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

20.Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

21.Potential injury would result in misuse.

22.Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.

23.Ensure that the blender is switched off before removing it from the stand.

24.Accessories should not be used, other than those supplied with the appliance.

25.Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.

26.The appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

27.Children shall not play with the appliance.

28.Always disconnect the appliance form the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
