OPERATION

  1. Before use, clean the mixing bowl, mixing blade, lid, and any other attachments you will be using.
  2. Place the machine on a stable tabletop (the machine comes with suction cup feet, which must be placed on a flat surface; otherwise, they won't adhere and could affect the safety of the machine's use).
  3. Health Tip: The small opening on the lid is for adding water while kneading dough. To avoid pests like cockroaches entering if storing ingredients for a long time, please ensure it is sealed. Screw the lid clockwise to secure it tightly. If you need to add water or a small amount of seasoning during the process, you can do so through the small opening on the lid.
  4. The rotating of the lid is shown in the following:

  1. How to equip the dough mixing bowl with the main unit

  1. Power on the entire machine, and the display will light up. A beep indicates the machine is powered on. Touch the Start/Stop function key to enter standby mode.
  2. Touch the Kneading function key. The default kneading time is 15 minutes. The selected function will flash red, and you can adjust the time by touching the "+" or "-" buttons. The time can be set between 5 and 40 minutes. After setting the time, touch the Start/Stop function key. The kneading light will turn blue and start kneading. If you need to let the dough rest, adjust the resting function before starting/stopping. The blue light turning off indicates the function is complete.
  3. Touch the fermenting function key. The default resting time is 90 minutes. The selected function will flash red, and you can adjust the time by touching the "+" or "-" buttons. The time can be set between 5 and 120 minutes. After setting the time, touch the Start/Stop function key. The light will turn blue, and the fermenting process will begin. If you need to knead the dough, adjust the kneading function before starting/stopping. The blue light turning off indicates the function is complete.
  4. After the function is completed, if no further operations are needed, unplug the power cord, open the top cover, and remove the dough.
  5. If you need to perform operations during the process, pause first. To stop working, press and hold the Cancel button for 4-6 seconds.
