OPERATION
- Before use, clean the mixing bowl, mixing blade, lid, and any other attachments you will be using.
- Place the machine on a stable tabletop (the machine comes with suction cup feet, which must be placed on a flat surface; otherwise, they won't adhere and could affect the safety of the machine's use).
- Health Tip: The small opening on the lid is for adding water while kneading dough. To avoid pests like cockroaches entering if storing ingredients for a long time, please ensure it is sealed. Screw the lid clockwise to secure it tightly. If you need to add water or a small amount of seasoning during the process, you can do so through the small opening on the lid.
- The rotating of the lid is shown in the following:
- How to equip the dough mixing bowl with the main unit
- Power on the entire machine, and the display will light up. A beep indicates the machine is powered on. Touch the Start/Stop function key to enter standby mode.
- Touch the Kneading function key. The default kneading time is 15 minutes. The selected function will flash red, and you can adjust the time by touching the "+" or "-" buttons. The time can be set between 5 and 40 minutes. After setting the time, touch the Start/Stop function key. The kneading light will turn blue and start kneading. If you need to let the dough rest, adjust the resting function before starting/stopping. The blue light turning off indicates the function is complete.
- Touch the fermenting function key. The default resting time is 90 minutes. The selected function will flash red, and you can adjust the time by touching the "+" or "-" buttons. The time can be set between 5 and 120 minutes. After setting the time, touch the Start/Stop function key. The light will turn blue, and the fermenting process will begin. If you need to knead the dough, adjust the kneading function before starting/stopping. The blue light turning off indicates the function is complete.
- After the function is completed, if no further operations are needed, unplug the power cord, open the top cover, and remove the dough.
- If you need to perform operations during the process, pause first. To stop working, press and hold the Cancel button for 4-6 seconds.
