Ⅲ. Instructions

  1. Before use, this product should be placed on a stable platform, away from objects that may be damaged by steam, and kept out of the reach of children.
  2. Add cold water into the pot. When selecting the boiling mode, the added water must be above the minimum water level and below the maximum water level.
  3. When selecting the timed steaming mode, you can add water based on the actual cooking time of the food.
  • Control Panel

1. Seafood

In standby mode, touch the "Function/Long Press Cancel" button to select the "Seafood" mode. The indicator light flashes for 3 seconds and then enters the "Seafood" cooking program. The digital screen will stay on to display the heating countdown. After the heating is over, the heat preservation light will turn on and the digital screen will display "b". After the heat preservation is completed, the electric steamer will beep three times and enter the standby mode.

Note: After selecting the mode, press the "+" or "-" button within 3 seconds to adjust the cooking time. Press and hold for quick adjustment.

 2. Hotpot

In standby mode, touch the "Function/Long Press Cancel" button to select the "Hotpot" mode. The indicator light flashes for 3 seconds and then enters the "Hotpot" cooking program. The digital screen always lights up and displays “H3”, indicating the current firepower level. Press the "-" button to adjust the firepower. For H1 (low fire)-H2 (medium fire)-H3 (high fire), you can press "+" to choose what your need. The hot pot mode heats for 2 hours by default. After the program ends, the electric steamer beeps three times and enters standby mode.

3. Multi-section insulation

In standby mode, touch the "Multi-stage Keep Warm" button, the function indicator light flashes for 3 seconds and then enters the Keep Warm mode. After the heat preservation is completed, the electric steamer will beep three times and enter the standby mode.

Note: After selecting the mode, press the "+" or "-" button within 3 seconds to adjust the heat preservation time. Press and hold for quick adjustment.

4. Preset

Touch the "Preset" button within 3 seconds, and the digital screen will flash "C:O:GO". At this time, press the "+" and "-" button to adjust the preset time. After selection, the product enters the reservation mode. The default preservation time is 12 hours. The function light is always on, the appointment light flashes, and the digital screen displays the appointment countdown. After the reservation, it will enter the heat preservation mode. When the heat preservation is completed, the electric steamer will beep three times and enter the standby state.

Note: The  "Hotpot" mode does not support reservations. When selecting other functions, press the "+" or "-" button within 3 seconds to adjust the reservation time. Long press "+" and "-" to quickly adjust. The minimum reservation time is 10 minutes and the maximum reservation time can be 24 hours. If the reservation time finally selected is less than or equal to the menu working time, the product will not enter the reservation mode but start at once.

Tips

There is a slight ticking or hoarse sound during use. This is a normal sound for the product. Please do not panic.

The normal working altitude range of this product is 0-2000 meters.

  • Button instruction
  1. Power button: When the power is turned on, the electric steamer will make a "beep" sound. At this time, all lights and the digital screen will light up for 1 second and then go out. The steamer will enter standby mode and the digital screen will flash and display "--"
  2. Function selection: In standby mode, touch the "Function/Long Press Cancel" button to select seafood, meat, vegetables, custard, grains, hot pot, pasta, and stewing mode in sequence. After selecting the corresponding mode, the relevant indicator light flashes for 3 seconds and then stays on, indicating that it enters the working state.
  3. Function cancellation: Press and hold the "Function/Long press to cancel" button for 3 seconds in the working state to exit the current program and enter the standby state.
  4. Preset: After selecting the function, touch the "Preset" button within 3 seconds to enter the preset program. When the digital screen flashes, press the "+" and "-" button to adjust the appointment time.
  5. Multi-section insulation: Press "Multi-section insulation" in the standby and function selection state to enter the heat preservation program. When the digital screen flashes, press the  "+" and "-" key to adjust the heat preservation time.
  • Safety Precautions
  1. The steamer combination allows you to conveniently choose one or two layers of steamers according to the cooking needs of the ingredients.
  2. When using a multi-layer steamer, it is recommended to extend the cooking time appropriately and place large pieces of food in the bottom steamer for cooking. You can put different ingredients into each layer of the steamer and steam them directly, but be aware that there may be odor transfer between the foods.
  3. In order to reduce the time deviation, the product must be powered on when setting the cooking time.
  4. In order for the food to cook evenly, cut it as thinly as possible and lay it out as flatly as possible.
  5. Frozen meat, poultry, seafood and other foods must be fully defrosted before cooking.

Ⅳ. Cleaning and Maintaining

  1. Please cut off the power supply immediately after use and don’t clean it until the electric steamer has completely cooled.
  2. Do not use abrasive cleaning products or solvents for cleaning.
  3. The steamer, upper cover, and steaming tray can be cleaned with detergent and air-dried before storage.
  4. Wipe the machine body clean with a damp soft cloth. When cleaning the steamer, use a damp soft cloth with a little detergent to scrub it gently, then clean it with clean water. Do not rinse the body directly with the faucet.
  5. Pour out all the remaining water in the steamer after use, and replace it with clean water before each use. Scale will be generated on the heating plate after use. Please remove scale regularly. The specific removal methods are as follows:
  6. Mix water and white vinegar with a ratio of 1:1 and pour it into the body to the maximum water level. Note: No other descaling products should be used.
  7. Plug in the power, select the hot pot function to start heating, and unplug when the vinegar starts to boil.
  8. Pour out the vinegar after it is cooled. To completely remove scale, please use a soft cloth to wipe the wall of the inner pot; to eliminate the vinegar smell, the host should be washed repeatedly with clean water.
  • Do not use the electric steamer under the following conditions:
  1. The product or power cord is damaged;
  2. This product does not work properly;
  3. This product has been dropped, obviously damaged or used abnormally.

In the above cases, in order to avoid danger, the product must be replaced by professionals from its manufacturer, its maintenance department or similar departments.

Ⅴ. Safety Precautions

  1. This product is a Class I appliance. Please use a 10A or above socket alone. Please ensure that the socket is effectively grounded before use. Please also confirm that the input power supply is 220V~50Hz.
  2. This product is a high-power electrical appliance. It is strictly prohibited to use a soft cord and removable socket, and do not share a socket with other electrical appliances.
  3. This appliance cannot be operated with an external timer or independent remote control system.
  4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by maintenance department or qualified personnel i to avoid accidents.
  5. Do not pull, press or let the thread hang along sharp objects or sharp edges, and keep away from sources of heat and moisture;
  6. Do not insert metal or other foreign objects into the heat dissipation holes or gaps, otherwise it may cause damage or contact with dangerous alkali.
  7. If you find that the power cord or plug is damaged or the product malfunctions, stop using it to avoid danger. At the same time, please send the product to an authorized maintenance office, the manufacturer's maintenance department or professionals from similar departments for repairing or replacement.
  8. It is strictly prohibited to pull the power cord. Please unplug the power cord before moving this product. It is strictly forbidden to immerse the power cord, plug and the product in water or other liquids to prevent the risk of electric shock.
  9. It is strictly prohibited to place the electric steamer near flammable materials or heat sources to prevent fire.
  10. Place the electric steamer on an insulated surface and keep a distance of at least 20cm around the electric steamer.
  11. In order to prevent fumes from contaminating furniture or causing fire due to heat generated during product operation, the product should be kept at a certain distance from walls, cabinets, and flammable items.
  12. When using this product, it is strictly prohibited for children and people with physical disabilities, sensory or mental disabilities, or lack of relevant experience and knowledge to operate it alone. If there are children around, this product must be used with extra caution. Never place this product within the reach of children.
  13. Do not damage, excessively bend, stretch, or twist the power cord, and do not place heavy objects on the power cord or clamp the power cord.
  14. When the electric steamer is used up or not used for a long time, the plug should be pulled out from the socket to avoid the risk of electric shock or leakage due to aging insulation.
  15. When the electric steamer is working, you must move the steamer carefully to avoid burns due to high temperatures.
  16. The supporting accessories provided by the manufacturer should be used correctly, and do not use accessories not provided by the manufacturer to avoid fire or injury caused by human operation.
  17. Before cleaning, moving or servicing the electric steamer, unplug the power cord and wait for the electric steamer to cool down.
  18. Please clean the electric steamer regularly to prevent residual grease from catching fire or deteriorating and causing odor.
  19. During use of the electric steamer, high-temperature steam will be released from the air outlet. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and the air outlet. When the product is in use, its accessible surfaces may become very hot.
  20. WARNING: Charcoal or similar fuels must not be used with this appliance.
  21. The appliance must not be immersed in water.
  22. This product is only suitable for household use, do not use it for other purposes.
