OPERATION

  1. Using the electric food steamer:

   ① Place the egg rack inside, aligning the handle with the slot on the main unit.

   ② Put the eggs on the egg rack and add water to the designated water level line.

   ③ Cover with the lid.

  1. Using the egg custard bowl:

   ① Place the egg rack inside, aligning the handle with the slot on the main unit.

   ② Put the egg custard bowl on the egg rack, then pour the prepared egg mixture into the bowl.

   ③ Cover with the lid.

  1. Function descriptions:

   ① Soft-boiled Eggs: In standby mode, lightly touch the "Function" button until the digital display shows "L1". After three seconds, this function will start, and the display will show "L1". Once the preset temperature is reached, it enters countdown mode. When completed, the buzzer will sound "B" six times, and the display will show "--", indicating the program is finished.

   ② Onsen Tamago: In standby mode, lightly touch the "Function" button until the digital display shows "L2". After three seconds, this function will start, and the display will show "L2". Once the preset temperature is reached, it enters countdown mode. When completed, the buzzer will sound "B" six times, and the display will show "--", indicating the program is finished.

   ③ Golden Steamed Eggs: In standby mode, lightly touch the "Function" button until the digital display shows "L3". After three seconds, this function will start, and the display will show "L3". Once the preset temperature is reached, it enters countdown mode. When completed, the buzzer will sound "B" six times, and the display will show "--", indicating the program is finished.

   ④ Steamed Egg Custard: In standby mode, lightly touch the "Function" button until the digital display shows "L4". After three seconds, this function will start, and the display will show "L4". Once the preset temperature is reached, it enters countdown mode. When completed, the buzzer will sound "B" six times, and the display will show "--", indicating the program is finished.

   ⑤ Tea Eggs: In standby mode, lightly touch the "Function" button until the digital display shows "L5". After three seconds, this function will start, and the display will show "L5". Once the preset temperature is reached, it enters countdown mode. When completed, the buzzer will sound "B" six times, and the display will show "--", indicating the program is finished.

   ⑥ Yogurt: In standby mode, lightly touch the "Function" button until the digital display shows "L6". After three seconds, this function will start, and the display will enter countdown mode. When completed, the buzzer will sound "B" six times, and the display will show "--", indicating the program is finished.

   ⑦ Steaming: In standby mode, lightly touch the "Function" button until the digital display shows "L7". After three seconds, this function will start, and the display will enter countdown mode. When completed, the buzzer will sound "B" six times, and the display will show "--", indicating the program is finished.

   ⑧ Reservation: In standby mode, lightly touch the "Reservation" button, and the digital display will show "88". Choose the desired reservation time (range: 0.5-24 hours), then lightly touch the "Function" button to select the desired function. When the selected function indicator flashes for three seconds, the reservation program will start, and the digital display will begin counting down to the start time.

  1. Operating Steps:

   ① Prepare the ingredients and place them in the product’s egg rack or egg custard bowl, then cover with the glass lid.

   ② Follow the "Function" instructions for operation.

   ③ After the program is completed, be cautious of steam and the temperature of the product components to prevent burns when removing the food.

 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Clean the device about half an hour after use.
  2. Ensure the product has fully cooled before cleaning to avoid burns.
  3. Always unplug the power cord before cleaning.
  4. Do not use dishwashers or dish drying machines as they can cause deformation.
  5. Avoid using detergents, diluent, gasoline, detergents, bleach, chemical cloths,lacquer thinner, or scrubbing brushes.
  6. Wipe the exterior and top surface of the machine with a well-wrung cloth.
  7. Note:Do not spill water on the product socket to avoid electric shock and malfunction.
  8. Empty the water after use to prevent odors from developing over time.
  9. Mineral water or tap water can leave mineral deposits after boiling. Clean promptly after use, and if stains are difficult to remove, use edible vinegar or citric acid.
  10. If not using the product for an extended period, store it properly. Before storage, let it air dry naturally. Once the product is dry inside and out, seal it in a plastic bag to prevent insects and ants from entering.

 

CAUTION

  1. Before use, check if the product's specified power voltage matches the supply voltage (AC).
  2. This product is not intended for commercial use. Any malfunction due to commercial use, improper usage, or failure to follow the instructions will not be covered under warranty, and the company will not be liable.
  3. Keep the product out of reach of children and pets.
  4. Do not place the product on unstable, damp, or heat-sensitive surfaces to avoid damage or malfunction.
  5. Do not use on surfaces like carpets or plastic that are not heat-resistant; do not place items that can be damaged by steam above the product.
  6. Do not place the product directly on or near open flames or heat sources to avoid damage, malfunction, or danger.
  7. Remove eggs promptly at the end of the cooking promptto avoid overcooking. Cool eggs in cold water for at least 20 seconds for easier peeling.
  8. During operation, the product generates high-temperature steam. Do not touch the steam vent or block it with a wet cloth.
  9. Abnormal Alarm Indication: If the indicator light flashes, digital display shows E1/E2, or the buzzer sounds, touch the "Function" button to stop the program, let the machine cool, and try again. If the alarm persists, contact customer service.
  10. After the machine finishes working, be cautious of high temperatures in the pot, egg rack, and egg custard bowl to avoid burns.
  11. Unplug the power cord immediately after use to save electricity and ensure safety.
  12. This product is only for boiling eggs, not for making tea, coffee, etc.
  13. The machine has an overheat protection function. Allow it to cool before continuous use. Especially for the Onsen Tamago function, ensure the initial water temperature is below 70°C, or an alarm will sound (allow the product to cool before using the Onsen Tamago function again).
  14. Do not immerse the body of the machine in water. Wipe with a damp cloth only. Ensure the machine is fully cooled before cleaning.
  15. Do not use the product without water.
  16. Unplug the power cord in case of malfunctions after use, before each cleaning, and during maintenance.
  17. If any part of the product catches fire, do not extinguish with water. First, disconnect the power, then use specialized fire extinguishing equipment.
  18. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a special cord or component obtained from the manufacturer or service department.
  19. Do not immerse the appliance in water for cleaning.
