OPERATION
- Getting to know your grill&pot
- It’s better to clean the grill plate, grill and hot pot with a wet cloth before use.
- When using the product for the for the first time, there will be smoke and smell due to oil on the heating pipes. This is a normal phenomenon, and only happens for the first few times.
- There may be “psh”sound during use, due to thermal expansion of the heating pipes. It’s a normal phenomenon, not a glitch.
- If the indicator flickers and there is a "da" sound coming from heat control knob, it is a normal phenomenon when temperature control is taking place .
- Empty hot pot cannot be heated because it is easy to cause damage a hot pot heating plate, or lead to a short-circuit, or even incur a fire!
- The power supply of the grill&pot is shared, yet controlled by respective control knobs.
- During use, please do not move the stove. Please do not touch the burning hot stove to avoid burns. If you need to move the stove, please turn off the power first, then wait for the stove to cool down completely.
- This product is a household appliance, please do not use it under other circumstances.
- Using your grill&pot
- Place the stove on a flat table and make sure to protect the table from the heat.
- Set the heat control knob for hotpot and BBQ to the "off" position.
- Plug the power cord.
- Avoid sharing a socket with other electrical appliances.
- About your hotpot
First of all, avoid using metal cooking utensils which will damage the inner non-sticking coating of the hot pot. Use a wooden or resin spoon instead.
- The hotpot heating plate is made of high quality aluminum profile which has high thermal conductivity and long heat preservation.
- After adding the hotpot broth, set the temperature to the highest level clockwise, until the broth boils.
- Add the ingredients, and adjust the temperature accordingly.
- The hotpot cannot be taken out during use. It must be turned off and cooled down to room temperature before being taken out.
- Turn the heat control knob for hotpot to the "off" position after use.
- After cooling down, wash the hotpot residue in time and keep it clean.
- About your grill
The grill is divided into two parts, grilling or grill plate, offering various options for your cooking. The grill has a non-stick coating, so avoid using metal cooking utensils.
- The heating pipes are made of stainless steel.
- Set the temperature to the highest level clockwise to start heating.
- Add the ingredients, and adjust the temperature accordingly
- Turn the heat control knob for hotpot to the "off" position after use.
- After cooling down, wash the grill and grill plate in time and keep them clean.
MAINTENANCE
- Grill plate&hot pot (with non-stick coating)
- Before cleaning, please leave them to cool down completely to avoid deformation of the utensils or burns.
- Do not use sharp objects or sharp corners of metal products (such as steel wire balls, cleaning cloths, knives and forks, shovels, toothpicks, etc.) to clean them, so as not to cause damage to the coating.
- Use soft paper or napkin to wipe off the smudges, or clean them in water.
- The grill
- Please make sure the grill is cool before cleaning.
- It can be cleaned with a cloth or a steel wire ball.
- After cleaning, dry it with a cloth or with air.
- Stove
- Before cleaning, please make sure that the power is turned off and is unplugged. Please wait until the stove is completely cooled down to avoid burns.
- Never put the stove into the water for cleaning.
- Do not use sharp objects or sharp corners of metal products (such as steel wire balls, cleaning cloths, knives and forks, shovels, toothpicks, etc.) to clean, which may cause damage to the surface of the stove.
- Use a soft cloth to wipe the stove. Detergent can be applied when needed.
- Storage
- After cleaning, please place it in a dry and dust-free place for storage.
- After use, please clean the stove, the grill plate, the hot pot, and the grill in time. Do not let the cooking residue left for too long.
- Slight discoloration in the grill plate and hot pot is normal due to usage of different oils and prolonged usage. It will not affect the food, and please rest assured.
CAUTION
- This product must be placed on a stable surface. The surface can not be made of paper, plastic products or other flammable materials.
- The power supply voltage must be 220V. Don’t share a socket with other electrical appliances. The product cannot be operated with external timer or independent remote control system.
- Please do not use this product near fire sources or flammable objects to avoid accidents. The product cannot be heated with charcoal, alcohol or similar fuels.
- Do not use this product for purposes beyond its functions.
- This product is carefully designed. Do not drop it, bump it, pull it hard, put it into water or other liquids to clean it.
- During use, please do not touch the product or move it to avoid being burned by its heat. If you need to move it, please make sure it is completely cooled down.
- If you want to leave the product during operation or after use, please turn it off and unplug it. Do not pull the power cord when unplugging.
- Minors are not allowed to use this product alone. if they do, adult supervision is a must. Do not let children too close to avoid scalding.
- Hot pot and grill plate have a non-stick coating, so avoid touching the surface with metal cookware.
- The hot pot must NOT be burned empty. Add a certain amount of water if necessary.
- To ensure safety, do not disassemble the product without authorization.
- If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by a professional from the manufacturer's its maintenance department.
