Ⅲ. Instructions

Before first use, this product should be filled with water to its maximum water level. Boil the water and poured it out. Then repeated one or two times to remove dust and odor that may be generated during production and storage.

  • Steps for usage:
  1. Place the machine base on a flat table;
  2. Open the lid, add an appropriate amount of ingredients and water, close the lid, and place the pot body on the base. Plug the power cord plug into the 220V AC power supply;
  3. Select the appropriate mode;
  4. Press the function/cancel button and the product will start working after 5 seconds of no operation.
  1. Function Instructions
  • "Function/Cancel"
  1. Press this button to select functions, and you can choose the functions of boiling water, tea, milk, brewing, dessert, soup, steaming, and keeping warm. After selecting the function, it will enter the working state after 5 seconds of no operation.
  2. In working state, press this button to end the current work and return to standby state.
  • "Temperature /Heat Preservation"
  1. Press this button to enter the heat preservation and temperature adjustment program. The default temperature is 50°C and it follows a cycle setting like 40-50-60-70-80-90-40°C. (when the temperature in the pot does not reach the set temperature, the temperature display on the digital tube flashes; when the internal temperature is equal to the set one, the digital tube does not flash). After setting the temperature, it enters the working state if there is no operation for 5 seconds.
  2. After selecting the function, press this button to enter the 8-hour default appointment time. Continue to press the button to adjust the time cyclically, with an adjustable range of 1-24H. After setting the appointment time,  it enters the working state if there is no operation for 5 seconds.
  • "Soup/Dessert"
  1. Press this button to make soup or stew food.
  1. Operation and control
  • Boiling water
  1. After heating to 100°C with full power (800W), the buzzer will sound 3 times and the "boiling water" indicator light will flash. Then the product will switch to 400W and continue heating for 1 minute. When the program finishes, the buzzer will sound 6 times, and the product will enter the heat preservation mode (Default 50°C).
  • Tea
  1. After the water is heated to 90°C with full power (800W), the buzzer will sound 3 times.The product will switch to 400W and continue to heat water to 100°C  and last for 3 minutes. The buzzer will sound 3 times again. Three minutes later, it will heat at 200W and the digital tube will display 5. Minutes countdown, while the "tea" indicator light flashes. When the whole program is completed, the buzzer sounds 6 times and the product will enter the heat preservation mode (Default 50°C).
  • Steaming
  1. After the water is heated to 100°C with full power (800W), the buzzer will sound 3 times.The product will continue working at 400W, as the digital tube displays 45 minutes' countdown with flashing indicator light. When the whole program is completed, the buzzer sounds 6 times and the product returns to the standby state.
  • Brewing
  1. After heating to 85°C with full power (800W), the buzzer will sound 3 times and the "Brewing" indicator light will flash. The product will keep the constant temperature at 85°C for 2 hours. When the whole program is completed, the buzzer will sound 6 times and the product will return to standby mode.
  • Soup
  1. After the water is heated to 90°C with full power (800W), the buzzer will sound 3 times.The product will switch to 400W and continue to heat water to 100°C  and last for 2 minutes. The buzzer will sound 3 times again. Two minutes later, it will heat at 200W and the digital tube will display 100 minutes’ countdown, while the "Soup" indicator light flashes. When the whole program is completed, the buzzer sounds 6 times and the product will enter the heat preservation mode (Default 50°C).
  2. Note: When using the stew cup, add water to the 0.9L water level.
  • Milk
  1. After the water is heated to 100℃ with full power (800W), the buzzer will sound 3 times.The product will switch to 400W and the digital tube will display 1 minute's countdown, while the "Milk" indicator light flashes. When the whole program is completed, the buzzer sounds 6 times and the product will enter the heat preservation mode.
  • Dessert
  1. After the water is heated to 90°C with full power (800W), the buzzer will sound 3 times.The product will switch to 400W and continue to heat water to 100°C . When the buzzer sounds 3 times again the product will heat at 200W and the digital tube will display 90 minutes’ countdown, while the "Dessert " indicator light flashes. When the whole program is completed, the buzzer sounds 6 times and the product will enter the heat preservation mode
  2. Note: When using the stew cup, add water to the 0.9L water level.
  • Heat preservation
  1. The default temperature is 50°C and it follows a cycle setting like 40-50-60-70-80-90-40°C. (when the temperature in the pot does not reach the set temperature, the temperature display on the digital tube flashes; when the internal temperature is equal to the set one, the digital tube does not flash. The default keeping time is 24 hours, adjustable from 1 to 24 hours).

  1. Warning:
  • Water should not exceed the highest water level.
  • Do not touch the glass body when using it.
  • Do not remove the stew cup while in use.
  • Please pay attention to prevent from scalding when taking out the stew cup.
  • Please clean the heating plate promptly after use.
  • Do not immerse the kettle body and base in any liquid.
  • Do not use the product without water and leave the product in no supervision
  • Do not put it in refrigerators, microwave ovens and disinfection cabinets

  1. Basic Recipe
  • Tea
  • Lavender mint tea

Prepare 20g of lavender, 20g of mint leaves, and an appropriate amount of honey, wash them and put them into the pot; Select the "tea" mode after pouring 1.2-1.5L of water into the pot.

  • Hawthorn and Orange Peel Tea

Prepare 15g of hawthorn, 15g of orange peel, 15g of rose, and appropriate amount of honey, wash them and put them into the pot; Select the "tea" mode after pouring 1.2-1.5L of water into the pot.

  • Steam

Pour 1.2L of water into the pot,  select the "steaming" mode after putting the steaming grid and food

  • Spiced tea eggs

Prepare 5 eggs, appropriate amounts of peppercorns, bay leaves, star anise, and cinnamon, appropriate amounts of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and white sugar, and 1 black tea bag. Wash and put them into the pot. Then pour 1.2-1.5L of water into the pot and select the "steaming" mode.

Warning: Do not cook eggs directly on the heating plate, as they may burst, and in severe cases the glass may burst.

  • Brew
  • Rehydrate white fungus and beans

Select the "Brewing" mode and add ingredients, then pour 1.2-1.5L of water into the pot. Brewing will take place for 2 hours after the temperature is maintained at 85°C

  • Soup
  • Five red soup (a soup made of five red food)

Prepare 40g red beans, 25g peanuts, (wash them and soak them for 4 hours in advance), 8 red dates, and 8g goji berries, put them in a pot after washing. Then pour no more than 1.2L of water into the pot and select the "Soup" mode to start boiling

  • White fungus and lotus seed soup

Prepare 15g of white fungus, 15g of lotus seeds, 5g of goji berries, wash them and put them into the pot with 30g of rock sugar. Then pour no more than 1.2L of water into the pot and select the "Soup" mode to start boiling Note: When cooking white fungus soup, it is easy to overflow the pot. It is recommended not to add more than 1.2L of water.

  • Stewed soup (pork ribs soup)

Prepare an appropriate amount of ribs, corn, carrots and other auxiliary ingredients, wash them and put them into a stew cup and add an appropriate amount of water. Then pour no more than 0.9L of water into the pot and select the "Soup" mode to start boiling

  • Dessert
  • Pear with rock sugar

Prepare 10 northern and southern apricots each, 1 snow pear, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. Peel the pear and cut into pieces. Put the ingredients into the pot, add water to the 1.2L water level, and select the "dessert" mode.

  • Sweet peach

Prepare 200g of peach, 200g of apple, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. Peel the peaches and apples and cut into chunks. Put the ingredients into the pot, add water to the 1.2L water level, and select the "dessert" mode.

  • Stewed food (red bean soup)

Prepare an appropriate amount of red beans, wash them and put them into a stew cup and add an appropriate amount of water. Then pour no more than 0.9L of water into the pot and select the "Dessert" mode to start boiling

  • Boil

Add water into the kettle without exceeding the maximum water level, and select the "boiling water" mode until the water boils.

Ⅳ. Cleaning and Maintaining

  • Before cleaning, be sure to disconnect the power supply, remove the kettle body from the base, and let it cool down;
  • Do not plug or unplug the power cord when your hands are wet to avoid danger.
  • Do not immerse this product in water for cleaning, and do not use corrosive detergents.
  • You can use a degreaser or soft detergent to wipe the outside surface, and then rinse the inside of the pot with water or detergents.
  • Due to the influence of water quality, calcium carbonate oxide accumulation will naturally occur during the water heating process, thus descaling must be carried out regularly. Treatment: add water and vinegar (preferably white vinegar) in a kettle at a ratio of 2:1 and heat it. After boiling, leave it overnight. Pour out the solution the next day, boil it again with clean water, then rinse it and pour it out.
  • Do not use any metal products or hard objects to clean the heating plate, otherwise it may scratch the product.

Ⅴ. Safety Precautions

  1. The voltage of the power supply must be consistent with what is marked on the nameplate
  2. When unplugging or plugging in the plug, do not pull on the power cord;
  3. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of the countertop, and avoid the power cord from coming into contact with the hot surface of the product or getting kinked;
  4. Do not place this product on or near heat sources, such as cookers, ovens, microwaves, etc.;
  5. Do not place this product in a humid place or immerse it in water; do not operate this product when your hands are wet;
  6. If the product malfunctions or is damaged, please go to the service station designated by our company for repair.
  7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by maintenance department or qualified personnel i to avoid accidents.
  8. Do not insert metal or other foreign objects into the heat dissipation holes or gaps, otherwise it may cause damage or contact with dangerous alkali.
  9. Do not attempt to modify, disassemble or repair this machine by yourself, otherwise it may cause fire, electric shock or injury;
  10. Please do not use the power base for other purposes. This product should only be used on the provided base;
  11. This product can only be used with AC power, and the socket used must have a grounding device;
  12. Please turn off the machine and unplug the power cord before cleaning.
  13. Please place the product on a stable surface.
  14. Please place this product at least 30cm away from walls and furniture.
  15. This product can only use the special base provided by our company.
  16. When cooking food in the pot, the water level should not exceed 1.2L.
  17. Do not dry-burn this product, otherwise the stainless steel chassis will change color; dry-burning will reduce its service life.
  18. This product must be placed out of reach of children during operation to avoid burns.
  19. When this product is not in use, unplug the power plug;
  20. It is normal for the kettle body to become hot during use.
  21. This product is suitable for home use, please do not use it outdoors or for industrial use.
  22. Please add water according to the requirements. If the kettle is filled too full, water inside may spurt out.
  23. Make sure the power switch of the product is turned off before removed from the base.
