Ⅲ. Operation Instructions
- When first used, it is normal for the product to have a smoke or slight plastic smell, which will disappear soon.
- Steps for usage
- Before first use, clean the pot cover, steamer, steamer tray, and water tank with food detergent, and then rinse them with clean water;
- Add water to the water tank to the maximum water level, do not exceed the maximum.
- Put the steamer on the water tank
- Place the plate with the food on the steam cover and cover the pot.
- Note: In order to cook the food better, please do not place it on the edge of the steaming tray, try to lean towards the middle.
- Please turn the steam hole of the cover to the rear of the product to avoid scalding.

Ⅳ. Cleaning and maintaining
- For long-term safety and use, please carry out daily inspection and maintenance carefully. Unplug the power cord after each use and pour out the water in the steamer. Please use clean water every time cooking.
- Cleaning:
- Do not start cleaning until the electric steamer is completely cooled. Before cleaning, unplug the power plug and pour out the condensed water in the water tray;
- Do not use soap, gasoline, thinner, alcohol, bleach, polishing powder, metal brush, nylon brush, steel wool, etc. to clean the product, otherwise it will damage the product surface. Wipe the base of the steamer with a wrung damp cloth after each use;
- Do not immerse the machine in water or wash it under the tap to avoid electric shock and functional failure;
- Please wash the steamer basket/cover/tray with clean water, and wipe them clean with a soft dry cloth;
- Descaling:
- This is a steam product which needs periodic descaling to prolong the service life, please follow the instructions to descale and clean the product regularly;
- After a use for about one month, there will be some normal scale deposits in the steam generator. The amount of deposits depends on the hardness of the water quality and the actual frequency of use. It is recommended to clean once every 15 days, and if you use it too frequently or for a long time each time (use more than 2 times a day, or use it for more than 60 minutes each time), wash it once a week.
Ⅴ. Safety Precautions
Note: To avoid injury caused by misuse, please read the precautions carefully before using, and use the product strictly according to the instruction manual. This "Safety Precautions" contains important information to enable you to use the product safely and correctly, and to prevent personal injury or property damage to you or others. After reading, keep it in a safe place so that all users of this product can refer to it at any time.
- Before connecting the power supply, please check whether the voltage of the product is consistent with the local power supply voltage.
- Use only grounded electrical outlets. Make sure the plug is firmly inserted into the power outlet. If an extension cord is used, the it must be suitable for the power consumption of the device, otherwise it will cause the extension cord or plug to overheat;
- Please unplug the product before cleaning and not in use , make sure that the wires are not hanging on sharp edges and the product is kept away from high-temperature objects and open flames;
- When turning off the power, please unplug the power plug, do not pull the power cord;
- Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids, and do not unplug or insert the plug with wet hands, otherwise it will easily cause electric shock hazard.
- If the plug, power cord, base or product itself is damaged, please contact the customer service team for help, and it is forbidden to disassemble and repair without permission;
- Do not allow children to use this product without supervision;
- This product is limited to home or similar places, and does not support commercial use;
- Do not use this product on unstable or inclined surfaces. Please make sure there is enough water in the water tank before connecting the power. In order to prevent overflow, please do not exceed the maximum water level marked in the water tank.
- Be careful of the hot steam coming out from the steam vent during operation or when the top cover is opened. Do not get close to the hot steam hole and steam outlet of the machine to avoid burns.
- Be aware of the hot steam coming out of the steamer during steaming or when you remove the cover to avoid burns. When inspecting food, be sure to use utensils with longer handles.
- It is strictly forbidden to move this product during operation. When cooking is complete, carefully remove the cover and keep it away from your body, keeping an eye out for condensation to avoid burns.
- After cooking food in the electric steamer, you need to wait for the accessories to cool down to room temperature before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the product in water for cleaning.
- Do not connect this product to an external timer to avoid danger.
- Do not use this product for a long time (within 1.0 hours), so as not to burn the water tank dry.
- WARNING: Do not touch the surface during use, as the surface temperature may be high during machine operation.

- Q1: Will it smell like plastic?
