Ⅲ. Instructions

  • Instructions for use:

Before first use, this product should be filled with water to its maximum water level. Boil the water and poured it out. Then repeated one or two times to remove dust and odor that may be generated during production and storage.

  1. Place the machine base on a flat table;
  2. Press the lid button to open the kettle lid and add an appropriate amount of water before closing the kettle lid. Place the kettle on the power base and plug the power cord into the 220V AC power supply.
  3. Turn the boiling switch downward, the indicator light will light up and heating will begin.
  4. After the water boils for a few seconds, the boiling  switch automatically jumps open (the switch automatically jumps up meanwhile). After cutting off the power, the indicator light goes out.

Note: When boiling water, you can turn the boiling switch upward to disconnect the kettle. However, the water at this time may not be boiled, so do not drink it.

  1. After use, the kettle can be placed on the power base, but the power must be cut off.

 

  • Dual protection function from dry
  1. When the user forgets to add water or the water  does not cover the bottom of the kettle, and the electric kettle is turned on. The anti-dry metal piece of the thermostat will automatically trip to prevent the electric kettle from being burned.
  2. Under above situations, please turn off the power and unplug the plug from the socket. Wait for the electric kettle to cool down for about 10 minutes and the thermostat inside the electric kettle will automatically close before the electric kettle can work normally.

Note: Do not forcefully press the switch after it automatically jumps. If necessary, please stop for 60 seconds and then turn it on again.

Warning: Be careful of burns. Please do not open the lid or touch the body of the pot while boiling water.

 

Ⅳ. Cleaning and Maintaining

  1. Before cleaning, be sure to disconnect the power supply, remove the kettle body from the base, and let it cool down; Do not plug or unplug the power cord when your hands are wet to avoid danger.
  2. Do not immerse this product in water for cleaning, and do not use corrosive detergents. You can use a degreaser or soft detergent to wipe the outside surface, and then rinse the inside of the pot with water or detergents.
  3. Due to the water quality, scale will naturally occur during the heating process of water, thus descaling must be carried out regularly. Treatment: add water and vinegar (preferably white vinegar) in a kettle at a ratio of 2:1 and heat it. After boiling, leave it overnight. Pour out the solution the next day, boil it again with clean water, then rinse it and pour it out.
  4. Do not use any metal products or hard objects to clean the heating plate, otherwise it may scratch the product.

 

Ⅴ. Safety Precautions

  1. Please place the product on a stable surface.
  2. This product can only be used to boil water. Never use it to boil milk, soup, coffee or tea. It cannot be used to steam food.
  3. This product can only use the special base provided by our company.
  4. The added water should be at least enough to submerge the bottom of the kettle, but not higher than the maximum water level. If the electric kettle is filled too full, boiling water may spurt out.
  5. After adding the water, put the kettle into the power base and then press the boiling switch to turn on the power (press the boiling button down, do not press the switch when there is no water in).
  6. The product must be supervised during the boiling process and placed out of the reach of children to avoid burns.
  7. When water boils, the hot steam can cause burns. Do not open the lid of the kettle while it is boiling.
  8. During and after the operation of the electric kettle, when the surface temperature has not dropped to normal temperature, please keep children away from it.
  9. Do not press the switch immediately after the water boils.
  10. During boiling, if a malfunction occurs, please cut off the power supply and remove the kettle from the power base to cool it to normal temperature before fault detection or cleaning.
  11. Do not dry-burn this product without water, otherwise the stainless steel chassis will change color and dry-burning will reduce its service life.
  12. After the kettle boils water, the water vapor will condense into water droplets and remain at the bottom of the kettle. This is a normal phenomenon and there is no safety hazard.
  13. When the kettle is not in use, unplug the power plug. It is normal for the kettle body to become hot during use. When pouring water, only use the handle to lift the kettle.
  14. This product is suitable for home use and is not intended for commercial, outdoor or industrial use.
  15. The voltage of the power supply must be consistent with what is marked on the nameplate
  16. This product can only be used with AC power, and the socket used must have a grounding device; Always unplug the kettle when not in use or before cleaning.
  17. When unplugging, never use the power cord to pull the power cord plug.
  18. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of the countertop, and avoid the power cord from coming into contact with the hot surface of the product or getting kinked;
  19. Do not place this product on or near heat sources, such as cookers, ovens, microwaves, etc.;
  20. Do not place this product in a humid place or immerse it in water; do not operate this product when your hands are wet;
  21. If the product malfunctions or is damaged, please go to the service station designated by our company for repair.
  22. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by maintenance department or qualified personnel i to avoid accidents.
