Ⅲ. Instructions

  • Curling Steps
  1. Slide the mode switch button upward to lock the straightening plates and open the clamp. Clamp a strand of hair near the ends.
  2. Hold the handle with one hand and grip the cool tip with the other. Wrap the strand towards the roots.
  3. Hold in place for 10–20 seconds, then release the clamp and gently slide the curler out.
  4. Repeat steps 1–3 for the remaining hair.
  • Straightening & Styling Steps
  1. Straightening: Place a section of hair between the straightening plates and slowly slide from root to tip (within 5 seconds) to avoid overheating. Repeat for all sections.
  2. Styling: As the straightener reaches 3–5 cm from the ends, rotate the handle inward or outward half a turn, hold for 2–3 seconds, then release. Repeat for the rest of the hair.

 

. Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
  2. Allow the device to fully cool before touching or cleaning.
  3. Clean the shell and barrel with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials to prevent surface scratches.
  4. Do not use harsh cleaners, foams, solvents, or immerse the device in water.
  5. In case of malfunction, please contact customer service. Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the device yourself.

  1. Read the manual carefully before use.
  2. Ensure your household voltage matches the rated voltage on the device.
  3. Always grip the plug (not the cord) when plugging/unplugging.
  4. Avoid using extension cords or multi-outlet adapters. Plug directly into a wall socket.
  5. Do not let the cord hang off edges; avoid contact with sharp or hot surfaces.
  6. To prevent electric shock, do not immerse in water or use in humid environments.
  7. Do not touch the device with wet hands.
  8. Different hair types require different temperatures and durations. Test a small strand first.
  9. Discoloration of plates due to dyed hair is normal.
  10. Keep the device in sight during use, especially around children.
  11. If overheating occurs, place the device on a heat-resistant, stable surface using the stand. Do not cover it.
  12. Do not touch hot surfaces without protection.
  13. Unplug when not in use for extended periods.
  14. If the power cord is damaged, stop using the device and contact customer service.
  15. Do not attempt repairs yourself.
  16. Only use manufacturer-provided or approved accessories.
  17. Clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents.
  18. For household use only. Not for commercial use.
  19. Indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.
  20. Warning: Do not use near water (e.g., bathtubs, sinks). Always unplug after use in the bathroom.
