OPERATION
- Avoid hard objects that may damage the blade.
- Avoid using knives on hard materials or ceramic cutting boards.
- Use wooden or resin cutting boards.
- Avoid cutting or thinning hard objects such as metal and wood.
- Avoid using knives for prying, knocking or any other destructive action.
- Avoid using knives other than kitchen knives to cut or chop bones. For frozen foods, a serrated knife is recommended.
MAINTENANCE
- After a long period of inactivity, please clean the kitchen knife and knifeholder thoroughly.
- Please check the knife and knife groove regularly for dirt and grease, and clean them promptly if necessary.
- Please wash the knife immediately after use and dry with a rag in a ventilated dry place. The knife blade may rust if it is stained with salt, acid or left in a high humidity environment for a long period of time.
- Avoid using hard materials to clean the knife.
CAUTION
- Store in a safe place out of reach of children.
- The knife is very sharp and should be used with care.
