- After use, please rinse the brush head with clean water.
- After use, if the indicator light flashes green, it means the battery is sufficient; yellow, means the battery is too low and needs to be charged in time. The electric toothbrush will automatically shut down after the red light flashes for 3 seconds.
IV、The correct brushing posture
- Proper grip: with the thumb stretched forward in a "good" gesture.
- Aim the toothbrush at the place where the teeth meet the gums. When brushing the upper row of teeth, the bristles face up, covering a little gum. The toothbrush moves in a short horizontal distance. When brushing the lower row, the bristles are slightly arc-shaped, and the sides of the bristles also have considerable contact with the teeth (the toothbrush is at 45-60° to the teeth and lightly pressed against the teeth, so that the sides of the bristles can also touch the teeth, but the bristles cannot be bifurcated by teeth).
- After the toothbrush is positioned, start to make short-distance horizontal movements, and brush every two teeth back and forth about ten times.
- When brushing your teeth, open your mouth wide until you can see the last tooth on the upper right. Then brush from the right rear to the left, then the left occlusal surface, the left lingual side and back to the right lingual side, and then the right occlusal surface. There will be no omissions in such a cycle.
- The lingual side of the upper back teeth is not easy to brush, thus the bristles should aim at the junction of the teeth and gums, and the brush handle should be close to the front teeth.
- When brushing the right lingual side, the brush handle will naturally face to the left. At this time, you canuse the left hand to brush the lingual side of the right posterior teeth.
- Brush the buccal side of the back teeth with the same hand, that is, brush the right buccal side with the right hand. Vice versa. At the same time, the brush handle can prop up the cheeks to facilitate yoursight .
- After brushing the upper teeth, use the same principle and method to brush the lower teeth.
