Event Overview

  1. Time: December 26, 2024 00:00:00 - January 10, 2025 23:59:59
  2. Prizes: A share of 100,000RM red packet cashback.
  3. Event Area: Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines.
  4. How to Participate:

Step 1: Follow the official Simplus Facebook account @Simplus_MY.

Step 2: Find the pinned post for the Mega Red Packet event and comment with order proof and order number for any Simplus product you've purchased (you may obscure sensitive information but the order number must be visible).   1. Prize Draw Method: In the pinned post of the Simplus Mega Red Packet event, all comments will be sorted by time. Every 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, etc., commenter will qualify for a prize. After verifying the authenticity of the order and that the participant meets the event requirements, they will be considered as a valid winner. All valid winners will share the 100,000RM of red packet cashback pool.
  2. Prize Announcement Date: January 15, 2025, 20:25.
  3. Prize Announcement Location: Simplus Facebook official accounts @Simplus_MY
  4. Prize Redemption Method: For online orders, please contact the store's customer service on the ordering platform. For offline orders, please reach out via service@simplus.online. Provide the following:
    ① A screenshot of the winners announcement post which includes your ID,
    ② A screenshot of your personal profile,
    ③ Payment details.
  5. Prize Redemption Deadline: Before January 26, 2025 23:59:59. Please proactively contact customer service and provide the necessary information before the deadline, or you will forfeit your prize.

Order Requirements for Participating in the Mega Red Packet Event

  1. Time Requirements:
    • January 1, 2024 00:00:00- December 31, 2024 23:59:59
  2. Order Source Requirements:
    • Online Orders: Screenshots of orders from SIMPLUS Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Tokopedia official stores, SIMPLUS PINK official store, SIMPLUS OUTLET store, or any online channel with the order number and product visible.
    • Offline Orders: A photo of the product receipt from any SIMPLUS offline store along with the order number.
  3. Product Requirements:
    • Any product purchased from the Simplus store.
  4. Order Status:
    • Online Orders: "Delivered" or “Complete”.
    • Offline Orders:  "Paid".

Terms& Conditions

  1. The event is valid from December 26, 2024 00:00:00 to January 10, 2025 23:59:59. If you do not share your order within this period, you will not be eligible to participate in the event.
  2. Each order can only participate in the red packet cashback share once. If you have multiple orders, you can reply multiple times and repeatedly participate in the event.
  3. After commenting your Simplus shopping order on the pinned post of the event, you can also post your order number and order screenshot on Instagram, tag the Simplus Instagram account (@simplus_my), and add the event hashtag #Simplusredpacket to increase your chances of winning."

 

*The 100,000RM prize pool will be shared by all valid winners across the event regions.

*The specific amount of the red packet cashback will be determined based on the actual number of participants.

*All Mega Red Packets will be sent out before February 7, 2025! Payouts are scheduled in three batches on January 20, January 23, and January 27. Please check your account info and stay tuned!
