OPERATION
- Small pot: add 100-150ml of water; large pot: add 250-300ml of water. Water level shall remain 1cm below the safety valve.
- Small pot: add coffee powder of 15-18g in the powder slot. Do not press the powder; Large pot: add 25-30g of coffee powder. Medium-fine powder is recommended.
- It is recommended to choose medium dark/darkroasted coffee powder.
- Make sure the upper and lower pots are installed properly and screwed tightly. Put the pot on the electric stove to heat. Coffee starts to come out about five minutes later.
- It takes about 15 seconds for the coffee to spread all over the bottom of the pot. When you hear a sound of poof, turn off the heat. Wait a few moments, then take the pot away from the fire.
- If you think the extraction is not complete, you can put it back on the heat source to extract again.
- Applicable heat source: open fire, electric stove, gas stove and electric ceramic stove.
- According to personal taste, you can add water, milk or ice to dilute the coffee.
MAITENANCE
- Do not close the lid immediately to store after cleaning.
- Wipe or drain the pot after cleaning to prevent oxidation.
- Oxidation is a normal phenomenon. The pot is made of food grade material and can be used normally after oxidation.
- Do not clean it in the dishwasher for it will cause severe oxidation.
CAUTION
- Electric stove or electric ceramic stove is recommended.
- If you use open flame to extract coffee, the flame should not exceed the bottom of the pot.
- Do not fill the water beyond the safety valve.
- Do not point the safety valve in the direction of people during use to prevent pressure relief which might cause
