Ⅲ. Operation Instructions

  • Minced Meat and Vegetables Processing
  1. Required accessories: Blender, bowl,  chopping knife, container lid.
  2. Clean all the accessories before using them.
  3. Meat processing: fix the bowl on a flat table, align the chopping knife at the center shaft of the bowl and put the knife into the bowl, remove the tendons, bones, and skins of the meat, and cut it into slices, the processing amount shall not be over the upper line of the bowl and the maximum capacity is 300g. When the meat is ready, cover the lid, and screw the lid clockwise to tighten it with the bowl. Put the blender on the container and make it perfectly match with the bowl. Turn the power on, press your palm downwards on the blender, and press the button with your fingers, then the blender shall start working. The continuous working time for one time may not be over 30 seconds. (As shown in the following figure)
  4. Vegetable processing: cut the food materials into strips and slices. The slices should not be wider than 1-2cm nor longer than 5-10cm, the slices should not be over 2-3cm, and the processing quantity may not be over 3/4 of the general quantity of the bowl. The operational steps are the same as the meat processing.
  5. Vegetable dry grinding: the total quantity of food materials like pepper may not be beyond the meat processing line of the bowl, or it shall influence the processing effect and the service life of the blender. The operational steps are the same as vegetable processing. Bi-level or single-level knives may be selected for application (Bi-level knife installation, see the following figure).
  6. Turn off the power after processing, take down the blender when the knife stops rotating, open the container lid, and take out the chopping knife and the processed food materials; clean and dry the components.
  7. If the food materials are stuck to the bowl, stop the blender, turn off the power, and shave down the food with chopsticks before processing;
  8. The blender may not be applied for grinding soybeans, donkey-hide gelatin, rice, frozen meat, and other food materials that are too hard;
  9. If the blender shakes for uneven food distribution, stop working, turn off the power and distribute the food in the bowl evenly and turn on the power again;
  10. If the required effect is failed to be reached within 30 seconds, turn off the power and process it again after 2 minutes
  • Garlic peel function

  1. Required accessories: Blender, Stirring bowl, Garlic peeler, container lid. (see the following figure)
  2. Clean all the accessories before using them.
  3. Garlic peel processing: fix the bowl on a flat table, align the chopping knife at the center shaft of the bowl, and put the garlic peeler accessory into the bowl,  the processing amount shall not be over the Max line. The following operations are the same as the instruction above. The continuous working time for one time also can not be over 30 seconds. (As shown in the following figure)

  • Melon and Fruit Blending
  1. Required accessories: Blender, knife  holder, 600ml jar,(see the following figure)
  2. Clean the bottom which shall contact the food materials thoroughly for the first application of the product.
  3. Put the jar on a flat table, open the feeding inlet; put the food you like into the jar and add some water; notice: the quantity of the food may not be over the highest scale mark, allocate by the food and water ratio (see the figure below)
  4. Put the jar on the knife holder and screw them tight clockwise.
  5. Put the Blender on a flat table, open the upper lid, put a 600ml jar with food in it into the blender, and screw tight clockwise.
  6. Press down the “on” button on the blender and the blender shall start working. The continuous working time may not be over 1 minute (see the following figure).

  • Grinding operation
  1. Accessories needed: grinding jar, grinding base, and machine.
  2. Put foods to be ground into the grinding jar. The quantity of the foods shall not exceed the maximum scale mark of the grinding jar. After adding food, please connect the grinding base (with two blades) to the cover and tighten their connection by rotating clockwise. Put the machine on an even platform, connect the grinding jar (with foods) with the machine, and tighten their connection by rotating clockwise. After installation, press the power key of the machine, then the machine starts to work. The last time for the singing grinding process shall not exceed 1min. As there are different requirements for different foods and personal requirements, if you are not satisfied with the effect within the time limit, please stop for 1min, and then start another work cycle. (a work cycle: work for 1min, and then stop 1min).

Ⅳ. Clean and Maintain

  1. In case of electric shock, you must be sure the machine is powered off when cleaning the body.
  2. Clean the main body with wet clothes instead of water.
  3. It can be used again once you clean up the parts and assemble them well.
  4. The machine should be used often,  otherwise, place it in a dry and ventilated environment.

Ⅴ. Caution

  1. This machine uses an AC voltage of 220V.
  2. The operator must obey a rated intermittent time, it is forbidden to make it idle run or overload
  3. Changing the power cord shall be operated by professional maintenance personnel.
  4. The blade base should be firmly locked with the cup, or there is a risk of water leakage and the cup falling.
  5. The blade is very sharp,  pay attention not to hurt your hand when cleaning and disassembling the machine.
  6. It can only be used after the food processor is completely cooled.
  7. The motor of this machine has an over-temperature protection device, the machine will be paused as a result of overheating during operation, at this moment, you should cut off the power supply, and restart it till it is completely cooled.
  8. During operation, it is forbidden to put hands and sharp goods into the feeding port; it is forbidden to use other tools instead of the feeding bar; it is forbidden to keep eyes close to the feeding port to avoid accidental injuries.
  9. Do not directly use water to wash the main engine, as it will cause electrical failure or an accident of the motor and switch.
  10. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  11. Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts, which move in use.
  12. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
  13. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,  sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
  14. Children shall not play with the appliance.
  15. CARE when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl, and cleaning.
  16. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
