INSTALLATION GUIDE

To ensure that your device operates at its best, please follow these detailed steps for installation:

  1. Preparation Stage: Choose a flat and dry installation location, avoiding direct sunlight and sources of water. Ensure the power is disconnected before inverting the air purifier.

  1. Base Disassembly:

Gently rotate the base of the air purifier and unscrew it in the direction indicated by the arrows.

  1. Filter Replacement:
  • Gently remove the component containing the filter. To ensure the cleanliness and integrity of the filter, it is wrapped in a plastic protective bag when it leaves the factory.

  • Please carefully remove the filter from the plastic protective bag, being gentle to avoid damaging the filter.

  • After confirming that the filter is intact, correctly place it back into the corresponding position in the air purifier.

  • Realign the base with the bottom of the air purifier, ensuring the arrow on the base aligns with the corresponding arrow on the purifier. Tighten in the original direction to secure the base firmly. This will ensure the stability and proper functioning of the air purifier.

OPERATION

Control and Display

  1. Power Button

When you press the power button, the unit will start. At this time, the power indicator light will light up, and the wind speed indicator light will also light up and enter gear 1.

Press the power switch button, the unit shuts down. The light icon above the power button refers to power indicator light.

  1. Fan Speed Button

Press the fan speed button to switch between 1,2,3 and sleep buttons. Each time the button is pressed, the relevant indicator light will switch on accordingly, indicating the current fan speed setting.

TIPS:

In order for you to have a better experience at night, in the sleep mode, except the sleep mode and power indicator light will be weakly on, the rest of the indicators and lights will be turned off.

  1. Timer Button

Press the timer button to start a 1-hour timer, and the 1H indicator light will illuminate. Each press of the button increases the timer duration, which can be set to 2 hours, 4 hours, and 8 hours. After the timer cycle is completed, the unit will automatically shut off. The timing button cycles through 1, 2, 4, 8, and the cancel of timing function.

TIPS:

When setting 8H, the timing for the indicator light to light up: 8H ≥ countdown>4H, the indicator light 8 will light up; 4H ≥ Countdown>2H, light 4 is on; 2H ≥ Countdown>1H, light 2 is on; 1H ≥ countdown>1 second, light 1 is on; Countdown=0 seconds, all are off.

 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Cleaning the air purifier

We recommend that you clean the air purifier at least once every 3 months and before extended storage.

1.Unplug before cleaning.

2.Use only a dry cloth to wipe the external surfaces of the air purifier.DO NOT USE WATER,

WAX POLISH, OR ANY CHEMICAL SOLUTION.

3.Vacuum the inside of the air purifier.

4.Before cleaning or other maintenance, electrical appliances must be disconnected from the power source.

  • Cleaning the Filter

1.The outer pre-filter should be cleaned every 2-4 weeks to increase the efficiency and extend the life of your filter.

2.Clean the pre-filter using a soft brush or vacuum hose to remove hair, dust, and large particle.

3.Do not clean the filter with water or other liquids.

  • Air purifier maintenance

If your Air Purifier will not be used for more than 30 days, we recommend that you:

1.Remove the Filters from the unit.

2.Wrap the Filters in an airtight plastic bag.

  • Filter maintenance

The built-in memory function of the product can remember the service life of the filter element. When the machine detects the service life of the filter element for 2000 hours, the indicator light will light flicker, which means that your filter element needs to be replaced. After replacing the new filter, you can press and hold the button for 3 seconds, at the same time, and the filter element is reset successfully, which will restart the life timer for you.

  1. To reduce the risk of fire,electric shock or injury to persons, do not use replacement parts that have not been recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Ensure the plug fits properly into a polarized power outlet.
  3. This appliance should only be used in room with temperatures between 4℃-43℃.
  4. To avoid fire or shock hazard, connect the purifier into correct electrical outlet.
  5. NEVER place the product on a soft surface such as a bed or sofa as this could cause the unit to tip over and the air inlet or outlet to be blocked.
  6. Do not place anything on top of unit.
  7. Do not move or tilt the unit while it is in operation.
  8. Do not insert fingers or objects into the air inlet and outlet.
  9. Do not use it outdoors. This unit is only suitable for indoor use, please avoid strong sunlight and rain.
  10. Do not use the product near water to avoid electrical hazards.
  11. Do not use the unit in wet or humid environments.
  12. Do not handle the unit with wet hands.Thoroughly dry hands before handling any part of the air purifier.
  13. Do not place the unit directly below an air conditioner to prevent any moisture from getting in to the air purifier.
  14. Do not allow children and pet to play on or near the unit. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children or disabled persons.
  15. Keep unit away from heated surfaces and naked flames such as stove tops, ovens, radiators or computers.
  16. Always turn the air purifier off before unplugging it.
  17. Always unplug the air purifier before moving or cleaning the unit, opening the rear cover, changing the filter and whenever the unit is not in use.
  18. To disconnect the unit, be sure to pull the plug instead of the cord.
  19. This unit does not remove carbon monoxide or radon. It can not be used as a safety device to prevent or clean up accidents with combustion processes and hazardous chemicals.
  20. NEVER use detergents, gasoline, glass purifier, furniture polish, paint thinner, or other household solvents to clean any part of the air purifier.
  21. Non-professional personnel or unauthorized personnel shall not repair or transform the machine by themselves.
  22. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the motor fan fails to operate or the unit has been dropped or damaged in any manner, contact the customer service.
  23. Always allow 15 inch of clearance away all sides of the air purifier.
  24. This unit is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
  25. Always don't let the children play with this unit, as this is not a toy.
  26. Children are not allowed to clean and use this device without supervision.
  27. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

 TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems

Solution

Air purifier will not turn on or respond to button controls.

Plug in the air purifier.

Check to see if the power cord is damaged. lf it is, stop using the air purifier and contact Customer Support.

Plug the air purifier into a different socket.

The air purifier is malfunctioning. Contact Customer Support.

Airflow is significantly reduced.

Make sure the filter is removed from its packaging and properly in place.

Leave 15 inch / 38 cm of clearance on all sides of the air purifier.

The pre-filter may be clogged by large particles, such as hair or lint, blocking airflow. Clean the pre-filter.

Replace the filter.

Air purifier makes an unusual noise and the air outlet is less.

Make sure the filter is properly in place with plastic packaging removed.

Make sure the air purifier is operating on a hard, flat, even surface.

Replace the filter.

The air purifier may be damaged, or a foreign object maybe exist inside. Stop using the air purifier and contact Customer Support. Do not try to repair the air purifier.

Strange smell coming from the purifier.

Replace the filter element.

Make sure not to use your purifier in an area with high humidity or while diffusing essential oils.
