Slide the button to the right to change the heat from off to low to high.

• Operation instructions:
• Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, turn on and twist the knob to the heating state. The heating indicator light will light up which means it starts heating;
• When the "off" indicator light goes out, the pot does not heat;
•  When cooking, you can twist the knob to adjust the firepower as needed.
• Steps for usage:

1. Before use, use a dry cloth to wipe away any debris on the internal surface of the grill.
2. First twist the knob to the "off" position and insert the plug into the socket. At this time, the indicator light will not light up.
3. According to the actual cooking needs, twist the knob to the required gear and the product will start working. After use, twist the knob to the "off" position and unplug the power cord.
4. Clean and maintain the product after the pot body has completely cooled down.

• Tips:

1. Please place the hot pot on a flat surface before use
2. When using a new machine for the first time, be sure to clean the pot and wipe it dry with a dry towel before adding ingredients. Slight smoke and smell are normal.
3. Do not turn on the machine in an empty state to avoid damage or risk of fire, burns, etc.
4. When using the product, please do not touch the surface of the pot body and lid with your hands or any body parts to avoid burns.
5. When using the product, the vent of the pot cover must not be facing people or live sockets to avoid burns and electric shock accidents.
6. Avoid direct contact between sharp knives or other sharp objects  and the pot body to avoid damaging the pot body.

Ⅳ. Cleaning and Maintaining

1. Before cleaning, be sure to disconnect the power supply and let it cool down; do not plug or unplug the power cord when your hands are wet to avoid danger.
2. Base : Do not put the base directly into water for cleaning to prevent electricity leakage . Use a soft cloth or sponge with a little detergent and water to wipe gently until clean, and dry the base assembly with a dry cloth at last.
3. Use soft detergent to wipe the outer surface. Do not use highly corrosive or polishing detergents for cleaning.
4. Do not use any metal products or hard objects to clean the heating plate, otherwise it may scratch the product.
5. The whole machine should be dried before storage , and then stored in a safe and dry place.

Ⅴ. Safety Precautions

1. Before use, please read the instructions carefully.
2. The plug of this product is a three-pin structure, and the socket used should be safely grounded;
3. The power supply voltage should be consistent with the voltage indicated on the product label. Due to the high power rating of this product, please use a separate socket of 10A or above;
4. Before use, the plug should be completely dried to prevent leakage; turn on the power when in use; first turn the knob to " OFF " after use, and then unplug the power plug. Do not connect the power when not in use;
5. During use, the pot body, lid, and lid handle are very hot, so be careful about burns;
6. The product should be placed on a safe surface and away from heat sources;
7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by maintenance department or qualified personnel to avoid accidents.
8. When using, place the product in a safe place to avoid knocking over and causing burns;
9. Please move carefully when hot soup or hot oil is inside;
10. The surface of the pot is treated with non-stick coating. Do not use metal spatulas, knives or other sharp objects to avoid scratches;
11. To avoid electric shock, unplug the plug first and let the pot body cool down naturally before cleaning. Do not immerse the plug in liquid or water. It is strictly forbidden to immerse the entire product in water for cleaning;
12. Do not use it outdoors or change its purpose without authorization;
13. This product cannot be operated by children alone and should be kept out of the reach of infants and young children to avoid dangerous accidents such as electric shock and burns;
14. Do not disassemble this product without authorization. If the product is damaged in any way, please contact the after-sales maintenance point immediately. The maintenance personnel will check and repair it for you to ensure safety;
15. Please do not place the product on carpets, tablecloths (vinyl plastic products) and other items that are not resistant to high temperatures to avoid fire;
16. Do not immerse the product in water or any liquid;
17. This appliance cannot be operated with an external timer or independent remote control system;
18. To prevent the pot lid handle from being too hot to handle, do not cover the pot when it is empty;
19. When the oil is frozen after use at low temperatures, it is recommended to defrost it before use and disperse the oil during the heating process to avoid the pressure generated by the steam in the pot after boiling, which may cause safety hazards;
20. This product has a strong firepower. When boiling water in the pot, it is recommended to open the lid after the water boils to avoid boiling water overflowing;
21. The normal working altitude range of this product is 0-2000 meters.
