OPERATION

  • First-time Cleaning

Remove the hopper grinding assembly, auger, filter assembly, juice collector, pusher stick, and clean them with a food-safe detergent, then air-dry for later use. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.

  • Usage Method
  1. Assemble the juice collector in the indicated direction, then install the auger into the juice collector and ensure it is fully seated on the main unit shaft. Align the pulp outlet with the groove on the main unit and lower it into place. Note: The auger must be securely seated on the main unit shaft and pressed down fully; otherwise, other parts may not fit properly.

  1. Install the hopper grinding assembly into the juice collector from below, aligning the triangular position downward with the unlock position. Note: The container lid must be open to install.

  1. Close the container lid and connect the power supply. Note: The juicer will not operate if the feeding container lid is not properly closed.
  2. Prepare the ingredients to be processed in advance. Note: This machine is not suitable for processing high-hardness or high-fiber fruits and vegetables such as sugar cane; high-viscosity fruits and vegetables such as avocados, bananas, figs, mangoes, papayas, pitaya, waxberries, etc., as these fruits can easily clog the filter.
  3. Place the pulp cup and juice cup snugly against the main unit under the pulp outlet and juice outlet, respectively.

  1. Open the feeding container lid, place the ingredients into the hopper grinding assembly, close the lid, rotate the switch to the "Juice" position, and start the machine.

Note:

  • Before juicing, remove the pits and seeds from the fruit to avoid damaging the auger.
  • If juicing multiple types of fruit, process the harder varieties first, followed by the softer ones.
  • Ingredients should be fed in succession and not too quickly; do not feed too much at once(excessive feeding may overload the machine).
  • Continuous operation should not exceed 10 minutes.
  1. If the ingredients become jammed during operation, rotate the switch to the "Reverse" position to eject the ingredient, then rotate the switch back to the "Juice" position to continue juicing. After juicing, rotate the switch to the "Off" position.

Note: If ingredient jamming occurs, follow these steps: Rotate the switch to the "Off" position to turn off the machine – Rotate the switch to the "Reverse" position to reverse the auger – Rotate the switch back to the "Juice" position to resume juicing.

  1. Open the juice outlet valve only after the juice volume reaches the 200mL mark on the juice collector and use the juice cup to catch the juice.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Before cleaning, ensure that the power is disconnected and the main unit has completely stopped operating before disassembling for cleaning.
  2. Clean the product promptly after use and dry it.
  3. The main unit can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The feeding container lid, hopper grinding assembly, auger, juice collector, juice cup, and pusher stick can be rinsed directly with water.
  4. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or corrosive liquids to clean this product.
  5. Ensure the product is clean and dry before storing.
  6. Store this product in a dry location and avoid direct sunlight.

Disassembly and Cleaning of Juice Collector

  1. Rotate counterclockwise and lift up the hopper grinding assembly.

  1. Lift out the juice collector assembly.

  1. Remove the auger.

  1. To clean the pulp outlet of the juice collector, invert the juice collector, pull out the silicone stopper from the pulp outlet, and clean it. After cleaning, ensure the silicone stopper is fully seated to prevent juice leakage during juicing.
  2. To clean the silicone seal on the rotating shaft of the juice collector, invert the juice collector, push out the silicone seal with your thumb, clean it with water, and press it back into place after cleaning.

Note:

  • Check that the silicone seal on the rotating shaft is properly installed in the juice collector to prevent juice leakage.
  • After installation, ensure the larger flat side of the silicone seal faces inward and the smaller side outward.

CAUTION

  1. Do not operate with the machine body or juicing container assembly not properly installed.
  2. Do not plug or unplug the power cord with wet hands or operate the power switch with wet hands.
  3. Do not use outside the AC voltage range indicated on the warranty card and rating plate. Otherwise, electric shock, fire, or malfunction may occur. Different voltages may shorten the motor's lifespan or cause malfunction.
  4. Do not forcibly bend, bundle, damage, pull the power cord, or expose it to high temperatures or places near heat sources such as gas stoves, or place heavy objects on it, or pinch it in narrow spaces or subject it to processing.
  5. Do not insert fingers, needles, or other foreign objects into gaps or holes in the machine body. This may cause fire, electric shock, injury, or malfunction.
  6. If the power cord is damaged, do not repair or modify it; contact after-sales service or an authorized dealer. Do not wet or spray the machine body with water. Keep water and other foreign objects away from the power switch.
  7. Do not disassemble the juicing container assembly parts or insert fingers, spoons, or other foreign objects into the feeding or juice outlets during operation.
  8. Use in a location out of reach of children. Supervision is required to prevent children from using this machine for play. If a child accidentally touches or knocks it over, there is a risk of child injury or product damage.
  9. Unfamiliar users should not use it alone. Persons with physical disabilities, psychological conditions, or lack of experience and knowledge should not use it without supervision. Do not use this product while wearing or holding magnetic objects (e.g., magnetic bracelets). Placing magnetic objects near the product may cause malfunctions.
  10. If the auger stops rotating during normal operation, rotate the switch to the "Reverse" position for 3-5 seconds to initiate reverse rotation. After reverse rotation completely stops, rotate the switch to the "Juice" position to resume normal operation. If the auger continues to stop during operation, it may be due to damaged parts or motor overheating causing reduced performance. If such issues occur continuously, stop using the product and contact the customer service center.
  11. Do not move the machine body, disassemble, or assemble the juicing container assembly or parts during operation. Always stop operation and unplug the power cord before doing so.
  12. When using this product, be careful not to let ties, long necklaces, scarves, etc., get caught in the feeding inlet.
