The appliance comes with separate keys for air flow and temperature.

If this button is pressed while the appliance is on, the hot air cools down to make style lasts longer. Once the button is released, the appliance returns to a hot air flow at the selected level.

  1. Styling nozzle

Use the styling nozzle to direct the air jet as you wish.

  1. Hair dryer can be stoppedat any time during any of the above operation by switching the speed button to “0” position.
  2. If overheating occurs, an automatic safety device will prevent damage or personal injury. You can unplug and allow the appliance to cool before restarting.

 

MAINTENANCE

  1. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply before cleaning or performing maintenance.
  2. Make sure all cleaned parts are completely dry before reusing the appliance.
  3. Clean the appliance and the accessories (nozzle) with a damp cloth when needed. Do not use solvents or other aggressive or abrasive detergents. Otherwise, the surface could be damaged.
  4. Check the intake opening of the appliance regularly and remove all hair and dust.
  5. Cleaning the intake filter
  6. If the appliance is provided with an intake filter, clean it as follows:
  • Open the filter cap.
  • Wipe the front and rear of the filter cap with a damp cloth.
  • Let the parts dry well and put them back on.

Note: the more dusty a place is, the more often the filter must be cleaned.

 

CAUTION

  1. This appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was designed, namely as a hair dryer for home use. Any other use is considered not compliant to the intended use and therefore dangerous.
  2. Before connecting the appliance to the mains supply, make sure that the voltage and frequency indicated on the technical data of the appliance correspond to those of the mains supply.
  3. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  4. DO NOT use the appliance with wet hands, damp feet or barefoot.
  5. DO NOT pull the supply cord or the appliance itself to remove the plug from the socket.
  6. DO NOT expose the appliance to humidity, to the weather (rain, sun, etc.) or to extreme temperatures.
  7. DO NOT leave the appliance unattended while in operation.
  8. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply before cleaning or performing maintenance and when the appliance is not in use...
  9. If the appliance is faulty or malfunctions, switch it off and do not tamper with it. Contact an authorised technical service centre for repairs.
  10. When the hairdryer is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the appliance is switched off.
  11. DO NOT use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
  12. This appliance shall not come into contact with water, other liquids, spray, steam. For any cleaning and maintenance operation refer to the instructions in the relevant chapter.
  13. This appliance must only be used on human hair. DO NOT use the appliance on animals or on wigs and hair pieces made of synthetic material.
  14. DO NOT obstruct the intake filter and always keep it free from dust and hair.
  15. Use the appliance only with the supplied accessories that are an essential part of the appliance.
