Ⅲ. OPERATION

  • Installing

⚠️Warning: To prevent the risk of electric shock, please disconnect the power supply before installation.

 

  1. Install the hose hook

Hang the hose hook on the corresponding protrusion of the device.

 
  1. Remove the Clean Water Tank

As shown by the arrow in the image below, lift the clean water tank upwards to detach it from the main body.

 
  1. Open the Clean Water Tank

Rotate and unscrew the lid of the clean water tank.

 
  1. Fill with Clean Water

Pour clean water into the clean water tank and rotate to tighten the lid.

 

Warning:

  • To prevent leakage, ensure the lid is securely tightened.
  • The maximum fill capacity is 1.9L; when the clean water tank is laid flat, the actual water level should always be below the “MAX” It is recommended to use purified water; using tap water or mineral water may affect the device's lifespan.
  1. Install the Clean Water Tank

As indicated by the arrow in the image, install the clean water tank onto the device. Ensure it is securely in place.

  1. Installing the Standard Brush Head

Align the hose handle with the rear end of the brush head, as indicated by the arrow in the image, and install the brush head in the direction shown.

  1. Nozzle Installation

Align the hose handle with the nozzle’s rear end, as shown by the arrow in the diagram, and install the nozzle.

 

  1. Installation of Other Nozzle Attachments

Align the top of the nozzle with the rear end of the attachment, connect them, and then rotate the attachment to secure it.

  • Control Panel

After pressing the spray button on the hose handle, the temperature of the liquid/gas ejected from the nozzle is:

  • Cold Water Mode: Room temperature water
  • Hot Water Mode: Water temperature approximately 60℃(140℉)
  • Steam Washing/Cleaning Mode: Steam temperature greater than 100℃(212℉)

 

  • Operating Instructions

- Standard Operating Procedure

  1. Connect the power

Remove the power cord from the device and plug the plug into the socket.

  1. Turn on the device

Press the power switch on the side marked with the "-" symbol to turn on the device. At this point, all four indicator lights on the control panel will turn green and flash in sequence.

  1. Mode Selection

This device offers four cleaning modes: Cold Water Mode, Hot Water Mode, Steam Washing Mode, and Steam Cleaning Mode.
You may select one mode at a time, or use different modes successively according to your cleaning needs.

1) Cold Water Mode

After pressing the  button on the control panel, the indicator light will flash first and then turn solid green, indicating that the Cold Water Mode has been successfully selected. You may proceed with the next steps.

2) Hot Water Mode

After pressing the  button on the control panel, the indicator light will flash and then turn solid green, indicating that the motor has started running. Next, press the Spray Control Button on the hose handle. At this point, the green indicator light on the control panel will turn red, indicating that the boiler is heating. After a few seconds, when the red light turns back to green, you may proceed with the next steps under the Hot Water Mode.

3) Steam Washing Mode

After pressing the  button on the control panel, the indicator light will flash and then turn solid green, indicating that the motor has started running. Next, press the Spray Control Button on the hose handle. At this point, the green indicator light on the control panel will turn red, indicating that the boiler is heating. After a few seconds, when the red light turns back to green, you may proceed with the next steps under the Steam Washing Mode.

3) Steam Cleaning Mode

After pressing the  button on the control panel, the indicator light will flash and then turn solid green, indicating that the motor has started running. Next, press the Spray Control Button on the hose handle. At this point, the green indicator light on the control panel will turn red, indicating that the boiler is heating. After a few seconds, when the red light turns back to green, you may proceed with the next steps under the Steam Cleaning Mode.

 

4) Spraying / Steaming

Press and hold the Spray Control Button on the hose handle to release water or steam from the brush head. Release the button to stop the water or steam output.

 

  1. Cleaning

Place the brush head close to the stain, press the spray control button to release water/steam, allowing the stain to surface on the carpet or fabric. Slowly move the brush head along or against the fabric's texture to clean.

  1. Suction of Dirty Water

Release the spray control button and place the brush head close to the recently cleaned area. Slowly move it back and forth to suction up the dirty water.
Note: To prevent mold growth, make sure to suction as much residual moisture from the carpet/fabric as possible. If necessary, use air drying or sun drying methods to ensure thorough drying.



- Steam Cleaning Mode Operations

  1. Install Attachments

Remove the brush head, install the nozzle, and then attach the required nozzle accessory.

  1. Turn on the device

Press the power switch on the side marked with the "-" symbol to turn on the device. At this point, all four indicator lights on the control panel will turn green and flash in sequence.

 
  1. Select Steam CleaningMode

After pressing the  button on the control panel, the indicator light will flash and then turn solid green, indicating that the motor has started running. Next, press the Spray Control Button on the hose handle. At this point, the green indicator light on the control panel will turn red, indicating that the boiler is heating. After a few seconds, when the red light turns back to green, you may proceed with the next steps under the Steam Cleaning Mode.

Note: In this mode, if the spray control button on the hose handle is not pressed within 5 minutes, the corresponding indicator light on the control panel will change from a single green light to four green lights flashing, indicating the device has entered standby mode. To resume steam rinsing functionality, press the corresponding mode button again to restore operation.

  1. Cleaning

Position the nozzle over the stained area and press the spray control button to release steam. Slowly move the nozzle back and forth to clean the stain. Release the button to stop the steam. Do not spray in the same area for an extended period to avoid fabric damage or excessive moisture.

Note: This mode does not have suction functionality. If you need to remove wastewater, please switch to the standard brush head and select another cleaning mode with suction capability.

 

- Cleaning Stubborn Stains

1) Switch Cleaning Mode

If the stain remains after cleaning in Cold Water mode, try using Hot Water mode or Steam Cleaning mode for further cleaning.

2) Use with Detergent

If the stain is still not removed after cleaning with Cold Water, Hot Water, Steam Washing, or Steam Cleaning modes, it is recommended to apply an appropriate amount of detergent to the stained area before cleaning.
Note: Before using detergent, ensure that the selected product will not damage the fabric to be cleaned. It is recommended to test it on an inconspicuous area of the fabric. To prevent damage to the device, never pour detergent directly into the clean water tank.

 

  • Functional Components Usage Instructions
  1. Storing the Hose

After finishing the cleaning process, store the hose as shown in the diagram. The brush handle can be clipped into the hose hook.

  1. Storing and Releasing the Power Cord

After cleaning is completed, the power cord can be wound around the designated hooks on the device as shown.

Before use, rotate the hook as shown to quickly release the power cord from the device.

  • Accessory Functions
  1. Glass Squeegee (with Sleeve)

Used for cleaning smooth surfaces such as shower doors, mirrors, and glass.

  1. Plastic Round Brush

Used for cleaning general stains on ovens, showers, grill trays, faucets, or sanitary fixtures.

  1. Wire Round Brush

Used for cleaning general stains on ovens, showers, grill trays, faucets, or sanitary fixtures.

  1. Curved Spray Nozzle

Used for cleaning hard-to-reach areas such as stoves, faucets, sinks, and carpets.

  1. Gap Curved Brush

Used for cleaning stains in the grout lines of kitchen or bathroom tiles.

  1. Gap Straight Scraper

Used for cleaning stubborn stains on stove tops or oven surfaces, such as grime or grease left from baking.

  • Cleaning and Maintenance

To prevent mold or odors, it is recommended to promptly clean and thoroughly dry the sewage tank, clean water tank, device body, and related accessories after each use.

 

- Cleaning the Wastewater Tank

  1. Remove the Wastewater Tank

Detach the wastewater tank from the device.

Note: During the removal process, avoid shaking or excessively tilting the wastewater tank to prevent spillage.

  1. Empty the Wastewater

Remove the lid of the wastewater tank, then gently tilt the tank to pour out the wastewater.

 

  1. Clean the Wastewater Tank

Rinse the wastewater tank with clean water. If necessary, remove the sealing ring from the lid and clean the sealing ring, lid, and tank body. Finally, allow them to dry completely.

  1. Install the Wastewater Tank

Place the sealing ring back into the corresponding groove on the lid. Align the protrusions on the lid with the corresponding slots on the tank body, then rotate and press the lid to ensure it is securely installed. To prevent wastewater spillage and contamination during future use, please ensure all components are correctly installed.

  1. Secure the Wastewater Tank

Align the wastewater tank with the corresponding slot on the device body, gently place it in, and press it downward to ensure it is securely installed.

- Cleaning the Clean Water Tank

  1. Remove the Clean Water Tank

Detach the clean water tank from the device body. If there is any remaining water inside the tank, avoid shaking or tilting the tank during removal to prevent spillage.

  1. Drain Clean Water

Open the lid on the clean water tank, tilt the tank appropriately, and drain any remaining clean water.

 

  1. Clean the Clean Water Tank

Rinse the clean water tank with clean water, and ensure it is fully air-dried or left to dry after cleaning.

  1. Install the Clean Water Tank

Tighten the lid and install it onto the clean water tank.

  1. Secure the Clean Water Tank

Align the clean water tank with the corresponding slot on the device body, gently place it in, and press it downward to ensure it is securely installed.

- Cleaning the device and Internal Accessories

 

  1. Remove the Water Tanks

Remove all accessories from the hose handle, then remove the clean water tank and wastewater tank individually.

  1. Remove the Accessories

Detach the intake sponge and filter sponge from the unit. Tools such as tweezers may be used to assist in removal. After removal, rinse with clean water. It is recommended to regularly clean the intake sponge and filter sponge to prevent dirt buildup, which could cause blockages and affect the device’s normal operation. Ensure the sponges are completely dry before reinstalling them for use.

  1. Check for Residual Moisture

Inspect the clean water tank and wastewater tank installation areas for any residual moisture. If any is found, gently tilt the unit to allow the moisture to drain out.

  1. Clean the Main Unit
  • For regular stains: Wipe with a damp cloth.
  • For stubborn stains: Wipe with a damp cloth containing mild detergent, then wipe again with a dry cloth.

Warning: To prevent accidents, do not clean the main unit by soaking, spraying, or rinsing it with water.

 

- Cleaning Other Accessories

  1. Cleaning the Nozzle

Rinse the nozzle with clean water. After cleaning, ensure it is completely dry before use or storage.

  1. Remove the Standard Brush Head

Gently pull the brush head cover backward to detach it from the main body of the brush head.

  1. Clean the Standard Brush Head

Rinse the brush head cover and brush head thoroughly with clean water to remove any dirt or debris. If the spray nozzle is clogged, it can be cleared using a needle or fine wire. After cleaning, make sure both the brush head cover and the brush head are completely dry. Once fully dried, reinstall the brush head cover onto the brush head until you hear a “click,” indicating it is securely in place.

  • Cleaning and Maintenance Recommendations
  1. Remove To prolong the lifespan of the device, continuous operation should not exceed 20 minutes per use.
  2. After each use, promptly remove any internal debris and rinse all components with clean water. Ensure all parts are thoroughly dried before reassembly or storage.
  3. To prevent mold growth and unpleasant odors, clean the wastewater tank, clean water tank, main unit, and all accessories after each use. Make sure all components are completely dry before storage.
  4. The filter should be cleaned once a month. Rinse with clean water and allow it to air dry completely before reinstallation.
  5. Use a dry cloth to wipe the device’s exterior. Do not use a damp cloth, as water ingress may cause a short circuit.
  6. The devicefeatures an automatic suction shut-off function. When the liquid level (including foam) in the wastewater tank reaches the maximum threshold, the motor will automatically stop suction. All four indicator lights on the control panel will illuminate and flash in sequence. In this case, turn off the device immediately and empty the wastewater tank before resuming use.
  7. If the deviceis accidentally tipped over, the suction function will stop. Switch off the power and return the device to an upright position. Operation can be resumed once the float ball resets.
  8. Before storage, empty and clean both the clean water tank and wastewater tank. The power cord and hose can be secured to their designated hooks.

  2. This deviceis for indoor use only and should be stored in a dry place, away from extreme environments.
  3. The operating area should be kept clean and well-lit to avoid accidents caused by cluttered or dim environments.
  4. Before use, ensure all devicecomponents (such as hoses, float balls, etc.) are correctly assembled and free of blockages or damage.
  5. This deviceis not suitable for environments with electrostatic discharge requirements. It is prohibited to operate in areas containing explosive dust, liquids, or vapors.
  6. Do not use this devicein areas where oxidizers or anesthetics are present.
  7. The deviceshould not be used within a 9-meter radius of flammable or explosive materials, such as gasoline, solvents, or paint thinners.
  8. Do not vacuum flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, and do not operate the devicein areas where such liquids may be present.
  9. Do not vacuum burning or smoking objects, such as cigarette butts, embers, or hot ash.
  10. Do not vacuum smoke, cement, plaster, or construction dust, as these particles may damage the motor and re-release particles into the air.
  11. Do not vacuum carcinogenic, toxic, or harmful substances, such as asbestos, arsenic, lead, pesticides, etc.
  12. Do not use the deviceto vacuum dry balloons, blades, fire sources, metallic dust, or other materials that may damage the filtration system or motor.
  13. Before operation, ensure the power switch is in the OFF position. Use a socket that matches the rated voltage, and make sure the extension cord socket is placed on a dry surface.
  14. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands to prevent electric shock injuries.
  15. Do not pull or bend the power cord or hose. If damaged, discontinue use and contact customer service.
  16. The deviceshould be supervised during operation. If foam or liquid overflows, immediately turn off the device.
  17. Never block the hose opening. If blocked, turn off the devicefirst, then clear the blockage.
  18. After each use, promptly empty the wastewater tank and clean water tank. When draining, be cautious to avoid burns or splashing.
  19. Always unplug the devicewhen not in use, when unattended, or when it may be accessed by children.
  20. Before storing the device, clean and properly store the hose, power cord, connection boards, and other components to avoid deformation or damage from heavy objects.
  21. Unauthorized modifications or use of the devicefor purposes other than those specified in the manual are prohibited.
  22. Do not use corrosive detergents to clean the device, as they may damage components.
  23. If the deviceexhibits overheating, unusual noise, or component damage, immediately stop using it and contact customer service. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.
  24. If the float ball (water level limit device) is damaged or clogged, it may affect suction performance. Regularly clean and inspect its condition as instructed in the manual.
  25. Only use the original, compatible brush heads and accessories provided with the product. Using brush heads from other brands may pose safety risks.
  26. Persons with sensory, motor, or mental disabilities (including children) should not operate this device, unless under supervision and after receiving proper safety training. Children should not play with the deviceor perform cleaning and maintenance without adult supervision.
  27. Properly dispose of packaging materials, such as plastic bags, to prevent suffocation or accidents involving children or individuals with limited mobility.
  28. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  29. Children should be supervised not to play with the appliance.
