Ⅲ. OPERATION

  • Installing
  1. Insert the hose hook into the designated slot on the main unit, ensuring it is securely installed.

  1. As shown by the arrow in the image below, lift the clean water tank upwards to detach it from the main body.

 

  1. Open the clean water tank lid, fill with clean water, then close and ensure the lid is securely fastened.

 

Warning:

1) To prevent water leakage, please ensure the lid is tightly closed.

2) Do not fill water beyond the maximum level mark (0.8 L) on the tank.

3) After use, please drain any remaining water to prevent bacterial growth.

 

  1. Reinstall the clean water tank onto the main unit. Avoid shaking the tank during installation.

 

  1. Select the desired accessory and attach it to the hose handle.

 

  1. After use, turn off the power and unplug the power cord. Secure the hose and power cord before moving the device.

 

  • Operating Instructions
  1. Plug the power cord into the outlet.
  2. Press the power button to turn on the device.

 

  1. Aim the brush head at the stain and press the handle button to spray clean water, causing the stain to lift to the surface of the carpet or fabric.

 

  1. Release the handle button to stop spraying; the brush head will start suctioning waste water. Repeat pressing and releasing the button as needed, moving the brush head slowly back and forth to clean 

 

Note:

After suction, a small amount of moisture may remain on the fabric. Please wipe it dry promptly to prevent mold growth.

 

  1. After use, press the power button to turn off the device, unplug the power cord, and promptly clean the clean water tank and wastewater tank.

 

 

Ⅳ. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warning:

  • Always disconnect the power before cleaning the device to prevent electric shock.
  • Do not use alcohol or other corrosive detergents to avoid damaging the device.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
  • After maintenance, reinstall all parts to their original positions.
  • Store the device in a dry place at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
  • When the wastewater level exceeds the maximum level, turn off the device and drain the wastewater promptly to maintain suction performance.

 

  1. Cleaning the Main Unit

Wipe the surface of the device with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a damp cloth with mild detergent, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Warning: Do not allow water to enter the device to avoid short circuits.

 

  1. Cleaning the Clean Brush Head

1) After use, remove the clean water tank and wastewater tank. Detach the brush head and rinse it thoroughly with clean water. Wipe it dry or leave it to air dry in a shaded area (avoid direct sunlight).

2) As shown in the diagram, the brush head cover can be removed for deeper cleaning.

3) After the brush head and its cover are cleaned and completely dried, align the cover with the slot on the brush head and press firmly until a “click” sound is heard, indicating secure installation.

Note: In case of blockage, use a fine needle to clear the brush head promptly.

 

  1. Cleaning the CleanWater Tank

1) Remove the clean water tank from the device.

Note: Do not tilt or shake the tank during handling to avoid water spillage.

2) Open the tank lid, empty any remaining water inside, rinse the tank with clean water, and wipe it dry.

 

3) Align the tank lid with the tank slot and press down firmly until a “click” sound is heard, indicating the lid is securely installed.

 

4) Insert the tank into the device following the arrow shown, making sure it is firmly in place.

 

  1. Cleaning the Wastewater Tank

1) Remove the wastewater tank from the device.

Note: When handling, do not tilt or shake the tank to prevent water spillage.

 

2) Open the wastewater tank lid and drain the waste water.

3) Rinse the wastewater tank, lid, and the sealing ring on the lid with clean water.

Note: To prevent bacteria growth or odors, please wipe and dry all parts thoroughly after cleaning.

 

4) Insert the sealing ring into the groove of the lid, ensuring it is properly installed. Then align the tank lid with the tank slot, press down firmly until a “click” sound is heard, indicating the lid is securely in place.

5) Insert the tank into the device following the arrow shown in the illustration. Ensure it is firmly and securely installed.

 

  1. Cleaning the Intake Sponge / Filter Sponge

The intake sponge and filter sponge on the base need regular cleaning with water. Make sure the sponges are completely dry before reinstalling—do not skip this step. If any sponge is damaged or missing, please contact customer service promptly.

 

Ⅴ. CAUTIONS

  1. This device is intended for household use only. Do not use it for other purposes or in non-household environments.
  2. If the power cord is damaged, stop using immediately and contact customer service.
  3. This device is not suitable for individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed on safe use.
  4. This product is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children.
  5. Always unplug the device before cleaning or maintenance.
  6. Do not use the device to pick up the following items to avoid damage or safety hazards:
    • Large or sharp debris (e.g., glass)
    • Harmful or corrosive liquids (e.g., solvents, strong cleaners)
    • Flammable or explosive substances (e.g., gasoline, alcohol)
    • Burning or hot objects (e.g., cigarettes, matches, hot ashes)
    • Dry dust
    • Large amounts of debris
    • Large plastic bags
    • Metal objects (e.g., needles, pins)
  1. Do not use this device to clean electrical appliances containing electrical components (e.g., inside ovens).
  2. Do not open the water inlet during operation.
  3. Turn off the device and unplug it after use.
  4. If the device is dropped, visibly damaged, or leaking, stop use immediately and contact customer service.
  5. Keep the device out of reach of children while powered on or cooling down.
  6. Always unplug before unattended use, installation, disassembly, or cleaning.
  7. Do not unplug by pulling the power cord. Hold the plug firmly when plugging or unplugging.
  8. Use only original or specified accessories.
  9. Do not block air vents. Keep vents free from dust, lint, hair, or other objects that may obstruct airflow.
  10. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  11. Children should be supervised not to play with the appliance.
  12. Consumables Notice: Some parts are removable consumables. If damaged or lost, contact customer service for replacement. Ensure consumables are properly installed before use.
