OPERATION AND FUNCTIONS

Functions

  1. Finecooking, quick cooking, porridge making, soup simmering, stewing (yogurt, cakes, and steaming do not have an automatic keep-warm function after completion), keep warm, time setting, select/cancel, and start functions.
  2. Support up to 24-hour reservation function.
  3. Equipped with functions of up and down anti-dry burning and overheating protection.
  4. Fault display:
    E1: Bottom sensor open circuit.

    E2: Bottom sensor short circuit.
    E3: Bottom sensor overheats to 150 degrees Celsius, alarm after 30 seconds.
    E4: Top sensor open circuit.
    E5: Top sensor short circuit.
    E6: Top sensor overheats to 120 degrees Celsius, alarm after 2 seconds.

 

OPERATION

Control panel

  • “Timer” button:
  1. In standby mode, press the 【Timer】 button to enter timer setup. The digital display will show the default time "2:00" and flash. Press the 【Timer】 button again to set the timer, which can be set for up to 24 hours. After setting the timer, press the 【Select/Cancel】 button within 5 seconds to choose a function, and then press the 【Start】 button within 5 seconds to enter the timer working state (if the Start button is not pressed within 5 seconds, the timer will automatically start). If no 【Select/Cancel】 button is pressed within 5 seconds after setting the timer, the timer function will automatically cancel and return to standby mode after 5 seconds.
  2. In standby mode, press the 【Select/Cancel】button to enter function selection. After selecting a function, press the 【Timer】 button within 5 seconds to enter timer setup. The digital display will show the default time "2:00" and flash. Press the 【Timer】 button again to set the timer, which can be set for up to 24 hours. After setting the timer, press the 【Start】 button to enter the timer working state. If no 【Timer】 button is pressed within 5 seconds after selecting a function, the appliance will automatically enter the selected function working state.
  • “Select/Cancel” button:
  1. In standby mode, press the 【Select/Cancel】button to enter function selection. Press the button to cycle through the functions: fine cooking, quick cooking, porridge making, soup simmering, stewing, yogurt, cake, steaming, and keep warm. After selecting a function, the corresponding function indicator light will flash, and the digital display (except for fine cooking, quick cooking, and cake) will show the default working time. If no other operation is performed, press the 【Start】button to enter the working state, where the function indicator light becomes steady, and the other function indicator lights turn off. If no other operation is performed within 5 seconds after selecting a function, the appliance will automatically enter the working state.
  2. In working mode, press the 【Select/Cancel】 button to exit the working state; press again to enter function selection.
  • Using method
    Based on different cooking requirements, prepare the ingredients accordingly.
    Example: soup making (as shown in the following figure)

  1. Place the prepared ingredients into the inner pot.
  2. Insert the inner pot into the appliance.
  3. Close the coverand set the program to start cooking.
  • Timer Setup
  1. After connecting the power source, the product enters standby mode, and the digital display shows "----", with all function indicator lights illuminated.
  2. The product enters timer setup modeafter pressing the "Timer" button, and the digital display shows the default timer setting of 2.0 hours. Within 5 seconds, press the "Timer" button again to select the desired timer duration.
  3. Within 5 seconds, press the "Select/Cancel" button to choose the menu function for the timer. If no function is selected within 5 seconds or if you directly press the "Start" button, the timer setup will be canceled, and the product returns to standby mode.
  4. Once the product enters the working state, pressing the "Timer/Start" button has no effect.
  5. While in the working state, press the "Select/Cancel" button to exit the timer working state and returns the product to standby mode.

    Notes:
  • The maximum timer setting is 24 hours.
  • Do not set long timer duration for perishable ingredients or in hot weather to avoid spoilage.Choose the function first before setting the timer.
  • The total working time=the timer setting +the function program's working time.

    Example:

    If you want to simmer soup for 2.5 hours and would like to drink it 7 hours later, set the timer for 4.5 hours, and the "Soup Simmering" program is set for 2.5 hours.

 

  • Function Selection:
    In the standby state ("----"), press the "Select/Cancel" button to cycle through the available functions: fine cooking, quick cooking, porridge making, soup simmering, stewing, yogurt, cake, steaming, and keep warm. After selecting a function, the corresponding indicator light will flash, and the digital display will show the default working time (except for fine cooking, quick cooking, and cake functions). If no other operation is performed, the appliance will automatically enter the working state after 5 seconds, or you can press the "Start" button to immediately begin the selected function.

    Notes:
  • Fine Cooking: Automatic.
  • Quick Cooking: Automatic.
  • Porridge Making: Default working time is 1.3 hours.
  • Soup Simmering: Default working time is 2.3 hours.
  • Stewing: Default working time is 2 hours.
  • Yogurt: Default working time is 8 hours.
  • Cake: Automatic.
  • Steaming: Default working time is 1 hour.
  • Keep Warm: Default working time is 12 hours.

    For the "Rice Cooking" function, use a rice-to-water ratio of 1:1 (1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water, or 2 cups of rice to water level 1). You can cook up to 8 cups of rice.

    For the "Porridge Making" function, use a rice-to-water ratio of 1:8 (1 cup of rice with water added to the 4/5 water level mark, or 0.5 cups of rice with water added to the 2/5 water level mark). You can cook up to 1 cup of rice.

 

  • Post-Work Status
  1. Upon completion, the appliance automatically enters the keep warm function. At this point, the keep warm function indicator light remains illuminated, and the digital display shows a countdown timer.
  2. The digital display shows "----"after pressing the "Cancel" button, and all function indicator lights are illuminated.
  3. During the working process, if there is too little water or it runs dry, the appliance enters a dry burn protection state. All function indicator lights are illuminated, and the digital display shows a fault code.

 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Before cleaning and maintenance, make sure to unplug the power cord and wait until the appliance has cooled down. Use a soft cloth or sponge to clean the inside of the pot. After cleaning, pour out the water.
  2. Add a small amount of water and detergent to the pot, then rinse thoroughly with clean water until it is clean. Pour out the water from the pot and wipe it dry with a wrung-out cloth. Do not wash the exterior of the appliance directly with water.
  3. Do not use gasoline, cleaning powders, hard brushes, or steel wool sponges to cleanthe product, as they may damage the surface.
  4. Do not immerse the entire appliance in water. Use a damp cloth wrung out to clean the exterior of the appliance. Do not rinse with water to avoid electrical leakage and malfunctions.
  5. When using the inner pot, handle it gently.
  6. If the appliance is not going to be used for an extended period, clean and dry it thoroughly, then pack it in its original box. Store it in a well-ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture and ensure future use.

 

CAUTION

  1. Before use, make sure the outlet is properly grounded. Also, confirm that the input power supply is 220V~50Hz.
  2. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a dedicated cord or a specialized component purchased from the manufacturer or authorized service center.
  3. If any issues arise during use, disconnect the power plug from the outlet first. Do not insert or remove the plug with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
  4. Do not pull, press, or let the cord hang freely along sharp edges or near heat sources and wet areas.
  5. Do not insert metal objects or other foreign materials into ventilation holes or gaps, as this could cause damage or create an electric shock hazard.
  6. Do not place the appliance on or near heat sources such as ovens or stoves.
  7. Do not use the appliance on unstable or inclined surfaces to prevent tipping over, which could cause injury or fire.
  8. Do not use the appliance on carpets, plastic, or heat-sensitive surfaces. Do not place objects that could be damaged by steam above the appliance.
  9. Do not place the inner pot directly on a stove or open flame to cook food.
  10. This product should not be used by children, individuals with mental disabilities, or inexperienced users.
  11. If the product experiences dry burning, add water to the appliance or unplug it. Do not touch the heating element to avoid burns.
  12. The appliance generates a large amount of steam during operation, which can cause burns.Please be cautious.
  13. After steaming, there may still be a significant amount of steam inside the appliance. Do not open the coverimmediately after turning off the power; wait a few minutes to avoid steam burns.
  14. When cleaning, do not allow liquids to enter the appliance. Do not submerge the power cord, plug, or the entire appliance in liquid to avoid hazards.
  15. The appliance should not be operated with an external timer or independent remote control system.

 

FAQ:

  1. There is no content on the digital display and the product can not work normally
    a. Is there a power outage?

    b. Is the power plug securely connected?
    c. Is the power socket turned off?
  2. Food can not be cooked fully
    a. Is the correct function selected?

    b. Is water forgotten to add or insufficiently added, causing the appliance to enter dry burn protection prematurely? Is the cooking time too short?

    After analyzing the above issues, if the problem persists, please contact our service center or dealer. Unauthorized personnel should not attempt to disassemble or repair the appliance.
