Simplus x Butterbear Limited Edition Content Card Collection Event Rules

Thank you for supporting the Simplus x Butterbear collaboration series! We are excited to introduce the limited-time "Butterbear Content Card" collection challenge. Complete the card collection to redeem exciting prizes! Please read the detailed participation and redemption process below:
Step 1: Make a Purchase
During the event, every purchase of any Simplus x Butterbear collaboration product, either online or offline, will randomly receive one Butterbear Content Card. One card per order.
Step 2: Collect the Cards
Successfully collect three different colored cards.
Step 3: Post on Social Media

Post on Instagram or Facebook with the following content:
✔️ A photo of the three stacked cards (each circle should show the Butterbear figure), with the purchase ID written on the top right corner of each card.
✔️ A photo of you using the Simplus x Butterbear product.
✔️ Share your experience and order information include the following details:

For online customers:

Please send a screenshot of your order showing the status as "Completed" along with the order number.

For customers who purchased products at Big-C branches:

Please send a photo of the receipt with the bill number clearly visible.

📌 Card Collection Instructions
🎴 Card Issuance
Cards will be randomly included with the shipped product. The design and color of the card are randomly assigned, and we cannot accommodate specific requests. Thank you for your understanding and support!

🔁 Handling Duplicate Cards
If you collect duplicate cards, we recommend continuing to support the collaboration products or following Simplus’s official accounts. We will occasionally run promotional activities, so stay tuned!

📦 Missing/Damaged Cards Claims
If you discover a missing or severely damaged card during unboxing, please submit a complete unboxing video (showing the outer packaging, all products, and accessories inside the box) on the same day you receive the package. After verification, we will arrange a one-time random card replacement. Claims without a valid video or evidence cannot be processed.

🗂️ Card Storage Reminder
Please keep your cards safe, collect three different colored cards to be eligible for redemption. Once redeemed, the cards will be considered collected and non-returnable.

🛒 Order Period: 2025/06/01 - 2025/12/31
🎁 Redemption Period: 2025/06/01 - 2026/04/30 (posts must be made and submitted during this period)
⚠️ Failure to post or complete the redemption process by the deadline will be considered as automatic forfeiture of the prize.

📋 Review Process
We will complete the content review within 3 business days of receiving your post. Once we confirm the post includes all required elements (photo of stacked cards, product image, experience text, order number screenshot, @Simplus official account tag, and #SimplusxButterbear hashtag), we will proceed with prize distribution.

🚚 Prize Shipping
After approval, our customer service team will contact you within 14 working days to collect your shipping information and prizes will be shipped within 7 business days after approval, and you will be notified with a tracking number. Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are accurate. If you have not received your prize after 10 business days, please contact our official customer service for assistance.
