🔁 Handling Duplicate Cards
If you collect duplicate cards, we recommend continuing to support the collaboration products or following Simplus’s official accounts. We will occasionally run promotional activities, so stay tuned!
📦 Missing/Damaged Cards Claims
If you discover a missing or severely damaged card during unboxing, please submit a complete unboxing video (showing the outer packaging, all products, and accessories inside the box) on the same day you receive the package. After verification, we will arrange a one-time random card replacement. Claims without a valid video or evidence cannot be processed.

Please keep your cards safe, collect three different colored cards to be eligible for redemption. Once redeemed, the cards will be considered collected and non-returnable.

Once we confirm the post includes all required elements (photo of stacked cards, product image, experience text, order number screenshot, @Simplus official account tag, and #SimplusxButterbear hashtag), we will proceed with prize distribution.
🚚 Prize Shipping
After approval, our customer service team will contact you within 14 working days to collect your shipping information and prizes will be shipped within 7 business days after approval, and you will be notified with a tracking number. Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are accurate. If you have not received your prize after 10 business days, please contact our official customer service for assistance.
