Ⅲ. Operation Instructions

  • Please check before use
  1. Check whether the steam pipe and water inlet are blocked. If there is any blockage, please remove the blockage. If the power cable is damaged, please do not dismantle the machine without authorization. Please return it to our company for repair or find a professional to repair and replace it.
  • Usage method
  1. Screw the pipe to the steam port of the device and tighten it directly
  2. Insert the adjustable tube into the device hole, directly press it to the end, or it will shake unsteadily
  3. Open the snap and lengthen the tube, there are three sections of the tube.
  • Vertical ironing
  1. Fix the ironing board on the adjustable tube and press it down slowly from the top of the adjustable tube
  2. Install the hanger rod on the hanger
  3. Put the top of the adjustable tube at the bottom of the hanger
  4. Please place the steam nozzle on the hanger, and the garment steamer installation is completed
  • Flat ironing
  1. Insert the ironing board bracket into the ironing board, please insert it tightly
  2. The bracket hole of the ironing board is directly inserted into the top of the adjustable tube
  • Method of adding water
  1. Turn on the water tank knob and fill the tank with water. After filling with water, tighten the water tank knob, then put the water tank into the device.
  • Safety protection device:
  1. Power indicator display. Rotary switch, freely adjustable
  2. Thermostat. Control the heater to work between the limited temperature, effectively preventing the danger caused by too high temperature.
  3. Thermal fuse. When the heating temperature rises too high, the thermal fuse will fuse, which can automatically protect and prevent danger.

Ⅳ. Introduction to cleaning and maintenance Cleaning and storage

  1. Be sure to unplug the power cable before cleaning and maintenance
  2. Do not wash the device with water directly; wipe it with a soft cloth with a little neutral detergent, and do not use solvents such as gasoline
  3. After cleaning and maintenance, it is necessary to wait until it is fully dry before using or storing it
  4. If it is not used for a long time, please clean the product, wait for it to dry, retract the adjustable tube, remove the pipe, remove the hanger, put it back in the original packaging box, and store it in a cool and dry place
  • Cleaning methods of dirt and sediment
  1. Mix 50% vinegar and 50% water, about 900ml
  2. Pour the mixture into the device from the pipe connection
  3. Let the mixture fill half of the water tank
  4. Wait 40 mins
  5. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the equipment to drain the mixture
  • Remarks: Change the mixture into clean water and repeat the operation several times according to the above steps to achieve the cleaning effect.

  1. Please use the correct power supply voltage and frequency:220-50 Hz, do not share the same power supply with other high-power electrical appliances.

  3. Do not add hot water to the water tank, which will cause deformation of the water tank.
  4. Pay attention to the safety of the plug, socket, and power supply. Do not drag or pull the plug
  5. If the power cable is damaged, please return it to the factory for repair or replacement
  6. It is forbidden to start the power supply before adding water
  7. This product is only for indoor use
  8. The product can only use a socket with a grounding wire.

  • Q1: Why is it leaking water outside?
  • A1: First you need to check whether it will leak water from the bottom of it. If it leaks, it's may from sawage outlet. Then you can check whether the button on the sawage outlet can be screwed tightly. If there is no problem in both places, please contact customer service to help you solve the problem

  • Q2: Why the tube is so hot?
  • A2: please don't worry, for the steam will come through the tube, getting the tube hot. Please use the protection gloves to hold the steamer holder for a better ironing effect.

  • Q3: Why it has scaring sound when using?

  • A4: please check the both sides of the foam board, normally you can find them in the foam board.

  • Q5: Why will it leak water from the steamer head?
  • A5: For first 30s, it's the time to release the condensate left in the machine for last use. After that, it will release steam normally.

  • Q6: Why cannot the steamer holder be installed?

  • Q7: What's the difference between 002, 009 and 012 types? Which one should I order?
  • A7: Dear if you want bigger steam, you can choose the 002 type, which is with 10 holes to release steam. Besides, it comes with 10 modes for different fabric types.  If you prefer the better material and easiness to use, you can choose 009, which only comes with one button to control on or off. Furthermore, it's with the best material among these three types. If you want a high watt one and cheaper one, you can choose the 012 type.
