Ⅲ. Usage method

• Operation steps

1. Before use, clean the chopping cup, chopping knife, and cup cover according to the cleaning and maintenance guidelines
2. Take off the body and cup cover, and place the shredding in a flat, clean, and dry place;
3. Make sure that the cutter is correctly placed on the shaft in the center of the chopping cup;
4. Refer to the food mixing guide of the chopping cup and put the appropriate food into the cup. If the position of the chopper deviates after the food is put into the cup, please set the position of the chopper to ensure that the above point 3 can be 
5. MCover the cup cover, then put the body on the cup cover, check whether it is placed properly; and ensure that the body and the cutter, and the cup cover are assembled in place:
6. Plug in the power cord plug and connect the power supply.
7. Hold the body by hand' press the switch (I or II), the machine starts to work, release the switch, and the machine stops working. The cutting time should refer to the cutting and stirring food guide. Consumers can shorten the cutting time according to their preferences for the cutting effect of food.
8. After releasing the switch, please do not take off the body immediately. After the blade stops rotating, pull out the plug and cut off the power, then take off the body.
9. Open the lid of the cup, take out the chopper first, and then take out the food (the chopper is very sharp, take care not to cut hands or other parts of the human body).
10. Note: In order to extend the service life of the product, the longest working time at a time shall not exceed 30 seconds. If the cutting is not completed after 30 seconds, please let the product rest for 2 minutes before continuing to work.

Ⅳ. Maintenance

1. After use, please unplug the power plug from the power socket in time.
2. The cutter can be disassembled for cleaning(some models). For safety, it is recommended to remove the cutter assembly according to the diagram with gloves. (Note: the split knife can be split, and the integrated knife can't be split.)
3. Assembly can only be carried out after cleaning and drying. The blade shall be properly jacketed and the hand shall be cut carefully.
4. All parts can be cleaned with detergent and a sponge. Do not use hard steel wire to clean so as not to damage the surface.
5. Do not immerse the whole machine in water. The outer surface of the product can only be wiped with a wet towel. Do not wash it with water to avoid leakage and failure.
6. When the product is not used for a long time, please clean it, put it in the packing box, and put it in a ventilated and dry place to avoid being affected by moisture and affecting the use.
   

Ⅴ. Matters needing attention

1. Do not use a power supply other than AC 220V, otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock or fire.
2. Please use the socket with specifications above 6A separately. if the socket is shared with other electrical appliances, the wiring part of the socket may cause heating, fire, and other abnormalities.
3. Hold the power cord plug by hand and smoothly plug the power cord into or out of the power outlet.
4. Do not use iron-hard objects to scratch the machine.
5. After the machine is used, the power cord plug must be pulled out, otherwise, electric shock, electric leakage, and fire may occur.
6. This product can not be used to process hard things, such as meat with bones, coffee beans, pepper, ice, or frozen food.
7. The temperature range of chopping:0-50'C, it is strictly prohibited to put the chopping cup into the microwave oven for heating or put something beyond its temperature range in the cup.
8. Before adding food, please check whether the blade is installed in place and operates freely. If the blade cannot rotate or rotates slowly, please pull out the plug first and check.
9. After adding food, please check whether the chopper deviates from the correct position If the blade fails to operate quickly within a few seconds, please unplug the plug first. Leave or take out too much food, and then continue to power on.
10. The blade is very sharp, please do not touch the blade directly with your hand, and hold the knife bar on the blade when removing and installing.
11. The continuous working time of the product shall not exceed 30 seconds. After 30 seconds of continuous working, the product can only be used after 2 minutes of rest. Take the 30-second interval of 2 minutes as a cycle, and work for 3 consecutive cycles. The interval must be 15 minutes, and then work after the motor cools down.
12. If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by professionals from the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or similar departments.
13. The blade of the machine is sharp. Be careful when taking out the blade, emptying the mixing basin, and cleaning.
14. If the product stops working during operation, it may be caused by the temperature control protection of the motor, please turn off the power supply and wait for cooling for 20-30 minutes before using it.
15. The product should be stored in a place where children's voices cannot be touched. Do not let people (including children)who are not physically sound, feel or mentally handicapped, or lack relevant experience and knowledge use or play with the product.

• Q1:Why do blades rust?
• A1: It is recommended try to clean it with citric acid.
  
  
• Q2:One side button is not working
• A2:There is a problem with the installation of the switch, please contact our customer service.
  
  
• Q3:Why the iron filings emerge during use?
• A3:Improper installation leads to wear and chipping, please reinstall it after cleaning.
  
  
• Q4:Why the blade does not turn or turns very slowly, and the blade is not long enough to work?
• A4:Check the contacts of the machine head. If the machine head works normally, please check whether it is installed correctly; if the machine head does not work or the blade is short, please contact our customer service.
  
  
• Q5:Why iron filings appear during use?
• A5: Too much lubricating oil was added during production, please wipe it off and use it. If there is still a lot of oil leakage after wiping it off, please contact our customer service.
