Ⅲ. Operation Instruction 

• ATTENTION: The product cannot process very hard food, for example, crude drugs, knead the dough,e.g.
• Hand blender

1. The hand blender is intended for Blending liquids, g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks, and shakes; mixing soft ingredients, e.g.; make sure it does not exceed 600ml.
2. Never allow the motor to run for more than 30 seconds at a time, after 5 times, please take half an hour.
3. Attach the blender bar to the motor unit.
4. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
5. Pressing the normal or turbo speed button to switch on the appliance.
6. Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingredient.

• Chopper

1. The chopper is intended for chopping ingredients such as nuts, meat, onions, boiled eggs, garlic, dry bread, etc. Never allow the motor to run for more than 3 times, please take half an hour.
2. Attention: The blades are very sharp! So be very careful when handling the blade unit. Be especially careful when you remove the blade unit from the chopper bowl when you empty the chopper bowl, and during cleaning.
3. Put the chopper blade unit in the chopper bowl.
4. Put the ingredients in the chopper bowl.
5. Put the coupling unit on the chopper bowl.
6. Fasten the motor unit onto the chopper

8. If the ingredients stick to the wall of the chopper bowl, loosen them by adding liquid or using a spatula. Always let the appliance cool down after chopping meat.

• Whisk

1. The whisk is intended for whipping cream, whisking egg whites, desserts, etc.
2. Connect the whisk to the coupling unit.
3. Connect the coupling unit to the motor unit.
4. Put the ingredients in a large and deep bowl.
5. Immerse the whisk completely to avoid splashing, and start processing at normal speed.
6. Never allow the motor to run for more than 60 seconds at a time, after 5 times, please take half an hour.
   

Ⅵ. Clean and maintain

3. You can clean the accessories in water except for the motor 
4. Take off the plug before wiping the motor base, always use a dry cloth to clean, and never flush or dip in the water.

• Danger

1. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap.

• Warning

1. Avoid touching the blades, especially when the blender bar is attached to the motor  The blades are very sharp.
2. If the blades get stuck, remove the blender bar from the motor unit before you remove the ingredients that block the blade.
3. Keep fingers, hair, clothing, and utensils away from the moving parts.
4. Do not switch on the appliance when you attach or detach accessories.
5. Never use a damaged hand blender. Get it checked or repaired in your local place.
6. Never use an unauthorized  If you use such accessories or parts, your guarantee becomes invalid.
7. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.

9. Never let the cord touch hot surfaces or hang down where a child could grab it.
10. Never blend hot oil or fat.
11. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
12. Care is needed when handling cutting blades, especially when removing the blade from the bowl, emptying the bowl, and cleaning.
13. Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts, which move in use.
14. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning;

• Q1: Is it suitable for making baby food?
• A1: This product is safe and healthy to use which is suitable for baby food, and it is equipped with various cups and blades to meet baby's diverse need at different months of age.
  
  
• Q2: Which kind of food it can make?
• A2: It is equippd with whisk attachment for whip cream, butter, jam; chopping blades for meat, seafood and nuts; Straight Immersion blender blades for fruit, smoothie, baby food.
  
  
• Q3: What are the speed 1 and speed 2 suitable for?
• A3: Low speed for processing soft ingredients, high speed for processing hard ingredients.
  
  
• Q4: Can crush ice or not?
• A4: We do not advise to use it to crush ice because it will affect the usage life of the blades.
  
  
• Q5: What should I do if it suddenly stops working?
• A5: If it is used for a long time, it is normal for the machine to heat up and stop working, please wait 20-30 minutes before using it again. After pressing the button for 5~10 seconds, please stop using it for 3~5 seconds before pressing it again. The machine has automatic power-off protection under the over-heating situation.
