  1. Vacuum Seal
Press this button to start the vacuum sealing process. The machine will begin to evacuate air and automatically seal the bag. When it is finished, the indicator light will remain illuminated and you'll hear a beeping sound to signal completion.
  1. Manual Vacuum
When you press and hold this button, the machine starts to evacuate air from the bag. It stops immediately once you release the button. This mode allows manual control over the vacuum level in the bag. Afterward, you can choose the seal-only function to seal the bag.
  1. Seal Only
Press this button to start the sealing process. The machine will seal the bag. During sealing, the machine may gently evacuate some air to improve the seal quality; this is normal situation. If you press any button while the machine is working, it will cancel the current operation.
  1. Sealing Silicone Strip
A silicone strip that ensures a proper seal during the sealing process.
  1. Lid Clasp
Use this clasp to secure the top and bottom lids together (It’s essential to ensure the lids are securely fastened during vacuum operations).
  1. Top Sealing Gasket
Works with the bottom sealing gasket to create a vacuum chamber. Before using the new machine, check if the sealing gasket has come loose. If it has, simply reattach it.
  1. Air Inlet
Connects the vacuum chamber to the vacuum pump. During the vacuum process, make sure the air inlet is not obstructed by the bag or other objects.
  1. Lid Release Button
Press both buttons simultaneously to open the top lid and release the vacuum pressure inside the machine.
  1. Bottom Sealing Gasket
Works with the top sealing gasket to create a vacuum chamber. Before use, check if the sealing gasket has come loose. If it has, simply reattach it.
  1. Sealing Heating Strip
Heat to seal vacuum bags. (Do not touch directly after use to avoid burns from the high temperature.)
  1. Vacuum Chamber and Bag Retainer
The opening end of the vacuum bag connects here. During the vacuum process, ensure the entire bag opening is under the bag retainer within the vacuum chamber.

OPERATION

  1. Place your items into the textured vacuum bag, taking care not to overfill it.
  2. Insert the open end of the vacuum bag into the machine’s vacuum chamber. For optimal results, position the bag opening under the bag retainer plate.

  1. Close the lid and press down on both ends until you hear a clear locking sound indicating the lid is securely closed.

  1. Depending on your needs, choose the appropriate function and press the corresponding button.

  1. After the vacuum sealing is complete, simultaneously press the release buttons on both sides to open the lid and remove the vacuum-sealed bag.

Notes:

  1. After continuous use, the machine may enter an overheating protection mode (indicated by flashing lights and unresponsive buttons). This is normal. Open the lid and let the machine cool down for about 10 minutes before resuming use.
  2. After sealing, do not touch the sealing silicone strip or the sealed area of the vacuum bag to prevent burns from the high temperature.
  3. Do not overfill the vacuum bag when packing food. Ensure the bag opening is flat and without wrinkles to prevent air pockets afterthe vacuum process.
  4. When storing the vacuum sealer, do not lock the lid clasp. Long-term locking may cause the sealing gasket to deform and affect the vacuum performance.
  5. We recommend using textured vacuum bags. Smooth surface vacuum bags can only be sealed but cannot be evacuated.

CAUTION

  1. Use vacuum bags with a textured surface. Smooth vacuum bags cannot be sealed properly under vacuum.
  2. Ensure that the side locks on both sides of the product are securely fastened during vacuuming, or the machine will not function properly.
  3. After using the machine, do not secure the side locks on both sides. (The gasket can become deformed due to prolonged compression, leading to poor vacuum performance.)
  4. After use, do not touch the machine’s sealing silicone or heating stripto avoid burns.
  5. If the power cord is damaged, stop using the machine immediately and have it replaced by a professional.
  6. Do not attempt to repair the machine yourself. If repairs are needed, take it to an authorizedservice center.

Q&A

Q: No power

A: 1. Check that the power cord is properly connected to the outlet.

  1. Inspect the power cord for any damage.
  2. Ensure that the locking mechanism is fully engaged.

Q: Does not vacuum

A:

  1. Use textured vacuum bags, as smooth bags cannot be vacuum-sealed.
  2. Verify that the bag opening is correctly positioned within the vacuum channel.
  3. Check the sealing silicone strip and the upper and lower sealing gaskets for any dislodgement or debris. If necessary, reinstall or clean them.
  4. If the vacuum bag is damaged, replace it with a new one.

Q:  Does not seal after Vacuuming

A:

  1. Check the sealing silicone strip and the upper and lower sealing gaskets for any dislodgement or debris. If necessary, reinstall or clean them.
  2. If the vacuum bag is damaged, replace it with a new one.
  3. If there is a large amount of liquid in the bag, it may affect the sealing. Drain the liquid, then re-vacuum and seal the bag.

Q: Air leakage after sealing

A:

  1. If there are wrinkles in the seal area, air may enter after a period of time. Ensure the bag opening is flat and wrinkle-free when sealing.
  2. Vacuum-sealing green vegetables like edamame can result in gas production due to anaerobic respiration, causing the bag to expand.
  3. When sharp objects (like bones or fish spines) are vacuum-sealed, they can puncture the bag. Sharp objects should be wrapped before vacuum-sealing.

Q: Poor seal quality

A:

  1. The silicone strip may overheat from continuous use. Open the lid and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. If the vacuum bag is not placed flat and has wrinkles, ensure the bag opening is straight and flat when sealing.
  3. If there is a significant amount of liquid in the vacuum bag, drain it first. Use the manual vacuum and sealonlyto avoid drawing liquid into the sealing area, which can affect the seal quality.
