WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Simplus warrants the Simplus-branded products against quality and/or functional defects in materials and workmanship when used normally subject to “FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY FOR 1 YEAR” (“WARRANTY”) for a limited period: one (1) year from the date of the products have been received. Products that arrived damaged will be replaced for free, which will not be taken as fulfilled warranty.

 

The WARRANTY Restriction:

The WARRANTY only applies to the home appliances purchased in Simplus official store and/or products with the Simplus logo, excluding soup pots, frying pans and all accessories.

The WARRANTY does not cover the defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids the WARRANTY.

 

The WARRANTY Eligibility:

To be eligible for the WARRANTY coverage, you need:

  1. Register the Simplus brand membership by following the instructions (“BRAND MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS” as reference) within 30 days after order delivery.
  2. Provide valid proof of purchase details as and when required, including but not limited to the order ID, receipt or sales invoice (offline orders).
  3. Provide valid proof, such as photos and videos to prove defects or damage of Simplus products are in compliance with the WARRANTY.
  4. Confirm with us whether return the original Simplus products to us, which depends on the specific conditions.
  5. Each order is eligible for only once free replacement warranty.

 

* Please note that Simplus brand membership which is not registered in accordance with the BRAND MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS, without valid proof of purchase and/or with proof of purchase that has been altered or illegible, shall be deemed to be outside the cover of this warranty.
