Rules:
- Please note that only consumers registered as members of the Simplus brand and who purchased Simplus products are authorized to participate in the FREE TRIAL EVENT. To register the Simplus brand membership should follow the instructions (“BRAND MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS” as reference) within 30 days after order delivery.
- In order to participate in this event, Simplus Members must complete the online product free trial application within the designated FREE TRIAL EVENT period.
- Winners are required to post their trial feelings and experience with #Simplus #Simplusfreetrial #Simplusmembership on social media platforms, such as Instagram or Facebook, within 15 days after receiving the product.
Timeline:
Step 1: Apply for FREE TRIAL EVENT as a Simplus brand member
Step 2: The winners will be selected randomly after the event ends and contacted via the phone numbers provided during the application process
Step 3: Upon receiving the products, the winners are kindly requested to post their trial feelings and experience on their social media platforms within 15 days
Step 4: Screenshots of the post must be sent for verification purposes to our customer service department via the Line Chat application (for Thailand) and Facebook (for all other countries).
Requirements for Posts:
- Social media platform for posts: Instagram & Facebook
- The post should contain sincere, real and objective feelings, and provide reference value. Winners should share their trial feelings and experiences regarding the product, including, but not limited to, product appearance, usage, advantages, improvements, and suggestions.
- The post may be in picture or video format, as per the participant's preference.
- Winners are required to tag our local official social media accounts, which are provided as follows:

- It is important to note that the winners of the FREE TRIAL EVENT must post trial feelings and experience on social media within 15 days. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their winning chances for all subsequent promotional activities.
- By participating in the FREE TRIAL EVENT, the winners default to authorize Simplus to use any pictures or texts related to the FREE TRIAL EVENT as published on social media platforms. This usage includes but is not limited to, elevator advertisements, Simplus social media, and the Simplus official website.
- For the purposes of this event, the term "same member" refers to the consignee's name, detailed address, contact information, and any other information related to the user's identity. If a combination of these elements or numbers contains the same or similar information and forms batch information through a special mark, it will be identified as a single member and treated as the same user in accordance with the event rules.
- Simplus reserves the right to change or adjust the event rules according to the actual situation of the event, if deemed necessary. Any relevant changes or adjustments will be communicated to the participants in a timely and appropriate manner.
