Redemption Process:
For Gift 1, customers need to provide the lucky number and receiving account (Aspire account/Touch & Go account) to Simplus customer service. After verifying that the number has not been used, cash will be issued within 3 working days.
For Gift 2, customers only need to scan the QR code inside the lucky pocket to receive an exclusive discount code for Simplus Shopee official store. Copy and paste the code to redeem in the Shopee official store.
Terms and Conditions:
1. A total of 2,000 gifts will be randomly distributed among Singapore and Malaysia.
2. This promotion is only applicable to customers purchasing special edition products (CFJH006).
3. Each product includes a lucky pocket with a randomly assigned prize.
